Front desk is not that responsive, demanded extra charges initially even after we had paid through mmt. They also said we should have opted a better room. Another front desk person didn't even want to hear us in the night regarding blanket. Hot water not consistent. Good thing is room is big with perfect view. Could have been better.

Shower was not working properly, hardly any room service, no tea coffee sachets, not much cooperation regarding late checkout

Reasonable and affordable stay. Staff is friendly. The rooms are big with bath tub and swimming pool as well

The property is under renovation and in no way is worth the price being shown here. Rooms have a smell too.

Place was nice but balcony and lobby has mosquitoes, staff was good has good balcony, attractions were 10km on average

This was my first time stay at this hotel. Entered with lot of expectations and got surprised to witness a very good hotel. Tried this hotel to bring my family next time and sure will be booking for my next trip. Neat rooms and furnishings. Kettle was there but could provide coffee and tea will make complet satisfaction.

I stayed here for a week. Good location 10 min walk to Ekammai BTS and other daily need stuff you can get nearby. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

At first I was a little worried about the hotel, but the staffs out there are really helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which serves authentic Thai food (really cheap compared to other tourist sites). The rooms are good and clean. It is in a residential area so it's really safe and if you want to explore the area, there is a shopping complex which is in s walkable distance. Also don't forget to install Grab. It is a life saver. Have a happy holiday.

We have stayed here for 2 days here, taken 2 bed room and single bed room suits rooms are OK and staff very helpful and considered for late checkout until 2 pm, but location is far from tourist attractions and night life areas.

Isolated from main attractions

Hotel staff was very friendly. If you are in Bangkok for shopping, this is not the place for you. It's far from everything. Location is far from the humanity. Everything is far from here. If you are in Bangkok for shopping and fun. This is not the place for you.
