Good hotel depending on location you want

Hotel is decent 3 or 4 start property. Rooms are big, location while being central is a bit shabby, it is close to metro and ferry point but grab is so affordable that tourist do not use metro. Also this location is good if you intend to repeat temple run and areas around. If you want shopping and nightlife sukhumvit is a better area to stay. Breakfast is ok with items repeated and nothing much say about.

This was my second hotel in bangkok after shangrila, and i must say that the experience was incredible. The staff was very helpful and they even had a small kitchen within the room itself. The food was amazing and the location is prime as well. Please stay at this hotel with your family and you would love it

Quality of food was great. Thai food was excellent. Vegetarian food was non-existent. Need more variety for vegetarian food.

Great stay in heart of the city. Clean well-lit spacious rooms with a full kitchenette which came in extremely handy with the baby. Breakfast spread was great. Would highly recommend it. Clean spacious room with kitchenette. Got a complimentary baby cot. Overall a great stay, completely worth the price.

The hotel is situated at a prime location. Very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and nice location.
This was my first stop for my Thailand trip and I wanted this to be a very good room and I must say I was very impressed. The room was beautifully done and the facilities in the room was nothing less than a big five star hotel. The balcony was big and had a beautiful view of the river and the sky train. Totally worth every single penny spent. The hot tub could have been a little bigger but that's OK. Overall I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Poor Service

I had booked the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel however insisted on charging extra for the kids bed. Everything was included in the price. Besides, the hotel also has no bathroom (weighing) scale. It was a joke when they sent a kitchen scale which was about 3 feet tall with steel wheels. Basically seems to be a good location, but the hotel is not that great.

Great location just a stone throw from the BTS station. Very good facilities and friendly staff. The in house restaurant provides a very nice breakfast buffet, but not too much variety in terms of a dinner menu. But then, we mostly had our other meals outside the hotel anyway, so that did not matter much. I, would definitely stay here again if I visit Bangkok again.

Considering the reviews we had read about the hotel, we felt it was over hyped. Our room was good, nothing exceptional and commanded a rather dreary view of the Bangkok cityscape. I suppose since we spent only one night there, they did not feel the need to take much trouble about our booking. The support staff were polite and more or less helpful.

Had a great stay and will be back again. Simply an amazing hotel with excellent service and personal care. Never expected such great levels of service. Truly lives up to the centre point reputation. All the hotel staff are so humble and generous and they made my stay a fabulous one.
