If any guest want to come the room they are charging bath extra. This hotel seems like a hostel old building hotel

The stay is average but expecting more from a 3 start hotel. But the staffs behaviour is not welcoming and i felt it like we are in hostel and they are the warden. Very strict.

Hotel reception staff not cooperative not proper response to make my trip
we take room pool view but they give us room on ground floor and no pool view if it is given on 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th floor its ok to pool view. No pool view from ground floor.

Worst service food is good

Worst service food is good we need to deposit 2000 b as an security deposit, which is not fair also, they won't provide a kettle, we need to collect hot water from outside to prepare coffee

The worst hotel experience i have ever had in my life, very uncorteoues staff at reception, 0 services and guest comfort. No bell boys to helps guests for luggage. Rude behavior of talking to guests. Stinking property.

Ecotel = waste of mone

The staff is bad and rude. Even if they have rooms available, they will overcharge for early check-in and guests will be forced to pay. No bellboy service to escort luggage, no drinking hot water jugs in the room. Lacking lights in the room and the only thing that we get is a big set of rules and fines in the room. Mad bad money making business in bangkok. 1000 rs per room per day extra and book other property around this. But please keep away from this hotel. If waste of money had a synonym it would be = ecotel

The staff fleece customers. They charged me 200 thb for a stained towel. I am sure it was not by me, or the drain wad so deep that cannot be cleaned

Staff and hotel ambience is very nice. Have near by indian restaurant and shopping malls. Room was very clean
The room is old style no new electronic no socket near bed washroom too small room ac is not working properly veg breakfast option is also not good

Its a okayish hotel on the mass transit line (red) which connects suvarnabhumi to ratchaparop (nearest station) to this hotel about 1 km walk. The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast spread is okayish with good indian food options. The locality has also lots of indian restaurants veg and non veg all options. However, this is not near to the chao phraya river and to the main sight seeing points one has to book cabs thru grab or bolt.

Location is quite poor, hotel is very stingy- they don’t offer any toiletries, won’t help you get them from outside. Ironing is not available in rooms- there’s a common iron available at a cost per floor(first time i saw this. Rooms smell oddly as well
