Here’s a review: grand diamond hotel is incredible. It’s safe, comfortable, private, and well-located. Their breakfast buffet is delicious. And they’re located adjacent to the platinum mall, so if you're down for a shopping spree, this is the place to go.

Grand diamond suites is ideally located in the heart of bangkok. A great choice for shoppers to stay in. It's also family friendly as it has suites and connecting rooms as the hotel name suggests. Breakfast spread is good. There's variety to choose from. The staff are all friendly and helpful; from the reception, the doorman, housekeeping to kitchen. All efficient. Had a pleasant stay here!

The location is good. But the services are very poor and unpleasant. I have called for some water at 6 am in the morning and the response is "sorry we can't provide water as you are going to check out at 12 pm today. Food quality is not up to the mark. The dinner and lunch menu is horrible. And overall nobody is there at 9. 30 pm in the kitchen. The room floor mats are dirty. Our overall experience is very poor.

Food was not part of my stay, location was wonderful, facilities need improvement, staff the old staff are well experienced and welcoming but the new staff need more time to reach the level required, the wifi was good plus, the ambiance was fine, the best is the size if the rooms spacious and big fridge and microwave are a good add to the facilities

No food for vegetarian

They shod serve vegetarian food in buffet and have few veg items on menu. My wife was vegetarian and she suffered for food

We had a lovely time here, room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view. The reception staff were very helpful, and mr. Tiramit at the reception was a gem, including the other staff. We're definitely coming back to grand diamond.

Excellent location and very spacious and clean room. I had picked the smoking room and it was a great experience. Walking distance to la-col bangkok (dome restaurant rooftop). Loved the experience. Traffic in bangkok is very bad though but it has nothing to do with hotel. Hotel was excellent

The hotel is situated right next t kt he platinum fashion mall and opp indra square where the fashion and shopping happens in bangkok. More than 40 street food shops are in front of the hotel serving authentic thai food. Great location and rooms were comfortable with all amenities available at affordable room rates.

The good side good location for all the shopping lovers its close by to the best shopping staff are very helpful and very helpful you will love the food stalls around the hotel the bad side the hotel is getting a bit old needs renovation especially the carpets and the lift areas balance is ok for the location and price they offer
