Denied check into the hotel due to change in ownership

Although the entire amount was paid but was denied check in to the hotel due to change on ownership as per hotel management change in ownership was done on october 1st but make my trip never informed us such miscommunication by the hotel and make my trip.

Check inn denied, makemytrip only following up even after 3days

1st time, i got very much bad experiences with mmt. They even can't assure for refund when hotel already denied check in due to its management changed, also the name mentioned here as i check inn. Isn't exist anymore. I am just seeing when mm t resolve issues and refund with compensation, it has harassed me.
Near at pratunam market. That will save your cost while travel-ling in a budget hotel catagory. You can check this also.

It's near to main road but in washrooms no hot water and cots also not good

It is terrible. Rooms were too small. Beds are not good. Showers and jet sprays do not work. The ac doesn’t work. The lift did not work when i was recently there. I was staying on room no 405 and 407. I had to take my entire luggage and go upstairs and come downstairs. There was no help sent to me at all. It is way worse then i thought. And you have to walk a lot to go to pratunam. Please do not waste your money here. They charge a lot too for early check in. The manager is who is a boy is extremely rude

Small rooms. The positive is that the receptionist understands english and it’s near to 7-11. No smoking rooms in the hotel and infra is a little old. Manageable for short stays.

This hotel is located very close to bangkok airport metro and close to all shopping areas. The hotel is well maintained and have friendly staff. I had a pleasant stay of 2 nights 3 days in this hotel. There are multiple indian restaurants available within walkable distance range

The stay was ok. The hotel is nice in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. However, i found the location a bit away from market. So you need to walk at least 400-500 mtrs to find any indian restaurants or 7-11 super mart.

The room ac was not working. Shower was also in bad condition. No spoon or stirrer in room for making coffe. When asked for spoon the staff denied that today is your check out so we cannot give anything. They even dined for water. Such a pathetic experience with a hotel Left a very bad image in my memories

Decent room for couple

Room was decent, but one bad thing we can’t check in-early (pay extra like 500 baht ) which was not welcoming thing. Stayed for 1night only it cost around 2k felt quite expensive. Provided with kettel and coffee sachet for morning good thing and 1ltr water. Nearby there is 7/11 shopping for snacks all.

Cockroach in the room, only 1 stay in the entire hotel till 4pm, no additional glasses for drinks, they do not clean the room, no ice cubes, gym not functional

The hotel was good and easy to locate with all basic amenities. Balcony was not there which was the only downside. Else all was good
