    Worst hotel stay of my lif

    This is a genuine review. Read carefully: we checked in the hotel on 23rd september and booked deluxe theme room. I'm writing all the negatives in regards to particularly indian audience and if foreign audience also wants to check this. Then they can. Cons : 1. No one will come to take your bags. You have to do this yourself. It's a 2 star lounge not hotel in my perspective. 2. Our room phone was not working. We stayed 4 days but phone still did not work. Had to go to take plates, spoons all by myself. 3. Room cleaning time is limited till evening 4. So if by chance you forgot to board the tag you can't get it cleaned after 4 pm evening time. 4. Near by there are no indian restaurants. Food is a big issue even for non vegetarian as thai food is not something which every indian will like or suit their taste buds. 5. Fruits you can get in front of hotel. 6. They don't even give basic things like tea coffee maker, no dental kit, no slippers, no shaving kit. We stayed pattaya and paid less payment than jasaen hotel but they provided all the amenities. So if you are all fine by these things then only stay at hotel otherwise don't waste your time here. Better to pay little more and book some good hotel where u can get indian restaurant food options etc. I will personally give only 1 star to this. What is the meaning of hospitality if you yourself are going to take plates spoon etc. Forgot to mention that they don't give coffee tea kit because they have cafe near lobby. So they will get some loss. That is the reason but still very bad experience. Thank you
