Location 4/5 sathron pier and buts were at walking distance. Local & super market very nearby. Food 3/5 more variety and taste could be added. Hotel staff 4/5 very accommodating. We were travel-ling with an infant so they also allowed early check in. Cleanliness 5/5

Property is located in a prime location and the nearest metro is saphan takshin which is 5 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was having sufficient options for vegetarians as well. Swimming pool, gym, laundry everything is available in the hotel premises.

Oakwood is my all time favorite in thailand. The location is so promising and next to saphan taksin metro just 3 minutes of walk. Hotelier behaviour also very much friendly

Front desk arranged an early checkin-thanks! opening the room door, i was met with an unbelievable stench! turns out, it’s from the drain outlet in the bathroom. I had to use liberal fragrant sprays to lessen the odor. Most staff at the hotel aren’t trained in customer service. The gym is 8 feet x 8 feet) and they double book it-so you are 2 feet away from another sweaty gym user. Not fun! other hotels in the sathorn pier area are better.

The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. But the rooms are little small(doesn’t have any cupboards) but overall stay was nice. And the room had pool view.

It was extremely comfortable the hotel is located in a a very convenient area, near by to metro stations. The facilities are also adequately maintained. The staff are helpful. It offers good services for the price.

House keeping very poor worst front office staff i have ever met ( and i have travel-led more than 35 countries by now ) the so called front office supervisor wasn't trained properly. She just couldnt locate my reservation for 30 mins on first day and an hour on my return check in two days later. They also made me have a bad time one of the stay nights at 11 pm for water not replenished in my room. The supervisor was of the view it's not their fault as we didn't hang out make my room hanging outside the door. Whereas the previous day they did replenish it without us hanging it. So rules changed for them overnight. Then they were rude to the highest level and even refused to let me know their names. The lady in a gray t shirt was the worst. She said you can complain to whoever you want to buy i wont tell you the name. And all this for two bottles of water. It was 11 pm and a tiring day else i would have walked out and bought it for 7 thb each but at 11 pm they all let me go through this frustration for an hour. Next day morning the gm kaustubh when investigated they lied from the mouth saying our room was cleaned and replenished at 3. 57 pm. What a joke ! i asked the gm to look for the cctv footage and he on my check out day accepted the blunder and promised to take action but the question still remains why would housekeeping not do theirduty and above all why can't the front office just apologize and move on. Instead of arguing with a guest over what and how and then behaving rude enough to not even sharing their names. The bell boy at that time was also so intimidating that it scared us. Next day we hung the don't disturb notice as we feared they might steal things and give us adulterated water etc. I don't think this place is meant for families for sure. Never have i found such bunch of intimidating people at one place. Breakfast also is same everyday and the person on the live station is sadly abusive and racist. They treated us indians in a very bad way and europeans differently. The tall waiter also gave us a bad time all days at breakfast. Refilling of breakfast items was also very late. One of the days we waited for 45 mins and reminded the tall waiter atleast 5 times to refill it yet we finally had to leave without it as we were getting late for our sightseeing yet he has no regrets. A simple sorry would have made things better. But these guys arent trained to say sorry even for the blunders which they do. The only decent person here was mr. Kaushtubh the gm atleast he was courteous and never rude. And even apologized on my checkout day. I just wish these guys behave better with tourists they are on a vacation and don't deserve their stay to be as bad as these guys want to give them. Appeal to all to avoid this property. Bangkok is full of properties and i made a huge mistake by opting for this one. Pls don't repeat the mistake p. S. Last month i had stayed at an oakwood property in ub city, bangalore and had found their service impeccable and rooms also great and thus opted for an oakwood again. Not doing this mistake ever again. Oakwood is off my list now. All thanks to the supervisor at fo and her associate. Also the rooms don't have cupboards so be prepared for keeping all your clothes outside on the sofa or hang them bedsheet i got at 611 was torn in two places and was never changed during my 4 days stay.

Reception staff is not very friendly or we can say they are over loaded. I have shown them my membership of ascott, but they have not mentioned in my booking. We had to wait till 3:00 pm for check in. Swimming pool in comparatively deep.

I was near hotel at 5:30am first to arrive and i asked for early checkin and they dint give me room till 10am. They were giving room to other people from china and other countries. All this is happening in front of me. If i ask them they told they are cleaning they will give. Worst experience

Stayed in oakwood for 2 nights. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was nice other than one of the front desk manager. She was a bit rude. Breakfast was not great
