Breakfast is not good. Ac cooling is very low, taking hours to cool the room. No flush in wash room, provided tissue paper to clean the piee. Most of the visitors are from indian need to provide a hand flush in the wash room. No hand shower in bathroom. No air ventilation in the room, windows are closed permanently by hotel management.

Food was average, hospitality was not that great. Rooms are ok, not that great as the name of ramada. They won't even give half an hour early checking and checkout. No proper support. Location wise good.

Very old building, with old furniture, gives very shady vibes - top of it no jet spray and no hand shower too
mattress is very thin, - this is not today's ramada chain hotel. They still live in their 90's. 4

The property is good and a nearby indian restaurant is there but there are lots of cockroaches in the property.

The hotel building is old and the breakfast options are at
the best average. The only thing that was good was the concierge service mr jenn. Room is clean and tidy. Bathroom is clean but old style. In an alleyway. Lots of indian restaurants nearby.

Hotel staff are to slow to respond need to call them many time to respond. Breakfast buffet was average and not well managed.

Reception and office people aren't customer friendly, we had bad experience with them. But food and suppliers were treated well, they treated well mannered

The property is clean. The breakfast spread and number of options are good. Many indian restaurants in the vicinity. Room cleanliness good be better.

The property is good and we had a comfortable stay. A lot of indian pure vegetarian options right outside the property. It’s just a 15 minute walk to pratunam and platinum mall.
