Very bad hotel. Not maintained at all. Found lizard in the room. Also telephone was not working properly. The house keeping was really bad. Will not deliver the items for 1 hour

The location is good, but they don’t provide indian vegetarian food in the buffet or menu. Just 1 option is there. Also they charge 6000 baht at arrival as security deposit and at checkout they said it will credited in your account in 14 days. Not recommended to stay there.

Location of the hotel and hospitality of the staff made my honeymoon so special. I would like to visit here again and request to stay in same room, view from my room so mesmerising, loved it and want to give special thanks to staff at front office name next. He is very helpful and polite with his guests, nice hospitality.

English speaking people at reception and restaurants is must, language barrier is not good for hotels dealing with people from India, Euro, US, British.

This was my first time in Thailand and I have often heard this city to be very crowded. So, I wanted a stay where I can come after a tiring day and have a great time. Shangri-La on that front was by far the best five star hotel I have stayed. The view from the balcony was impeccable. I spent at least a week to search for hotels like this and if you really don't have that much of patience, just go for this!

Location is close to an mtr. Although the location is a little away from all the key destinations it is worth just a stay at the hotel. The staff is really gentle and Services were prompt and staff was very friendly and courteous. Even the staff was prompt in helping us out in finding a good doctor. Overall, we had a very nice stay in the hotel

The hotel ambience was premium and view from the balcony room was excellent. Services were prompt and staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was good and sleep quality was very good. Ambience and quality of foods of all the restaurants were perfect. They could have kids room and doctor facility at the hotel. I was travelling with my 2 and half year baby and unfortunately had to go to the hospital because my son got minor infection and fever. Though the hotel has provided nurse who has taken basic care. Even the staff was prompt in helping us out in finding a good doctor. Overall, we had a very nice stay in the hotel.
