    Singaporean manager was forthcoming. They ensured all the comfort. Service was prompt. It was walkable from the main hustle bustle. Very close to the outlet mall. Recommended. The French chef was accommodative.

    Very helpful, courteous, attenentive staff lead hands on by the general manager. Great view of the ocean from the hotel as well as the rooms. Very clean beach of the hotel. 5 minutes walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again if happen to visit this place

    A property next door is currently undergoing demolition and will undergo construction in the future. We checked in early in the morning, right after our flight landed. There were plenty of rooms available, but they gave us a room right next to the construction. It was so loud with a jackhammer and all sorts of construction that we could not think or really do anything, so we called guest services and asked them for a room elsewhere. They refused to give us a room anywhere but right next to our existing room, which, needless to say, did not help. We tried putting up with the noise, but it was so loud that we had to leave that very day, to the Anantara Lawana which is absolutely fabulous. Thanks to Ubead from Make My Trip who helped us out and moved us to the new resort. The room itself was average for a five star hotel, if a little small and musty. The beach was mediocre. The service was lousy, for Asian standards, and they did not seem very apologetic about us having to leave our very first day. And the demolition and construction, which is not going to stop anytime soon, seems to have its unstoppable noise penetrate almost the entire hotel, even with all windows and curtains shut everywhere.

    Highly recommended place. The staff was polite and courteous. Pool villa was beautiful, the hotel overlooks the beach and the pool area offers a stunning view. The rooms are beautifully done and the jacuzzi pool deserves a double thumbs up.
