Stayed in de luxe bungalow haha maybe 20 years ago! Daylight coming through ceiling very easy to open door without a key as so much of a gap just swipe abit of plastic through it. Staff not smiley friendly as one expects in Thailand. No atmosphere in the hotel whatsoever

Nice hotel close to beach but many mosquitoes
Overall nice. Very near to walking street and beach. Restaurant in bundhaya resort is good and price cheap. I live in superior bungalow, many mosquitoes, next time will upgrade to deluxe room (more nice and near swimming pool). Staff are helpful and good service. Will come back next time.
We stayed in the garden deluxe bungalow. The garden and its surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Good pool with jacuzzi. Massage is great with friendly masseuse. However, the breakfast can be improved with more food choice. Location to walking street is just 5 mins walk.
Bad reception experience and room too small.
Staff were not friendly at reception during check in and check out. Totally ruin our experience in this hotel. The chalets are too crowded and small for the price we paid.
Disappointing end to a dream holiday
I was on the island for a couple of weeks so had walked past here a few times and the outside looked so inviting with Xmas decorations, some sun loungers so they expectation was high.
We got a bungalow for 3 people, so small, no room to move around. It’s an extra bed that they put into a double room.
Shower pressure not great.
Safe not working in the room had to ring twice for someone to come and fix it.
Couldn’t keep the mosquitos out as there was gaps in all the doors in the bungalow and no nets, so woke up every morning with another 20 bites on my feet and legs.
All wooden so very dull rooms, had a the look and feel of a sauna. Breakfast was not great, small selection of foods and no pastries, felt very unsatisfactory after it.
Pool was nice good temperature, put very few loungers.
Over priced for what you get, I could only recommend this room to a couple if they got it at a 2 star hotel rate.
terrible service at the reception
We were greeted by a rude and impolite receptionist. The shower is low pressure and water dripping from the shower. My holiday is nearly ruined by my experience of staying in this hotel. I would strongly advise other tourists not to pick this hotel.
Good hotel close to the walking street
Overall the hotel is good. Only the toilet inside the room need to improve in term of cleanliness. There are many mosquitoes in the evening so make sure that mosquito repellent is brought. Pattaya beach is a little bit crowded and also many boats parked along the beach, making it difficult to enjoy the swim by the beach.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Had at least one rat in the room for our entire three day stay. Told the receptionist after the first night. The rat was still in the room when we checked out on day three.
A Solid Choice (If You Don't Need WiFi)
We stayed at one of the chalets and it was lovely. Very comfortable, good size and we did not expect to have an outdoor shower so that was an easy plus point from our side. The hotel is conveniently located near the immigration point so no hassle when it comes to arriving and leaving the island. The walking street is a 5-mins walk away so eating is never a problem. The gorgeous sunset beach is 15 minutes stroll as well. The only criticism that I have is the extremely spotty internet connection. I only had access in the evening, which is strange if you think about it. This should be fixed unless if you make it clear that wifi is not available in this hotel.
Nice resort by Pattaya Beach
Firstly, very thank you to the stuffs who help us to find out the boat which go back Langkawi, Malaysia. They do a lot of help, somemore carry the luggage for us. Overall the resort is good and we will come back again. I love Koh Lipe !
Noisy due to construction work and dirty beach.
The resort is undergoing rsome construction of the their restaurant and therefore it is very noise and the beach front is very dirty with lots of rubbish as well as a very large barge with building material and tractors moving the material back and forth along the beach and the resort. Room also not in good condition . We moved to another resort on the Sunrise beach the next morning after only spending 1 night here.

Booked a newer looking room and was downgraded to an outdated room. The shower smelled and toilet was even worse. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
like the hotel environment but the hotel room & toilet floor very slippery, children fall down few time in toilet.
Beautiful Pool and Great Location
Awesome island but this hotel could offer a little more.
Overall good and now can use new swimming pool at the back.
Only need slightly maintenance on room as getting old.
