Stayed here for the first time on my third visit to Pattaya. I could feel the difference between other Avani Pattaya Resorts from the lobby itself. The staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. The room was good with a nice beach view. The elevators need to be updated though. You can directly go to the mall next door from the Avani Pattaya Resort itself. Breakfast was good. Overall it was a great experience to stay and would love to come back.

Excellent resort with an excellent location. Opens both on Beach Road on one side and 2nd Road (both main touristy roads) on the orher. Decent mall is also attached to the Resort. Rooms are clean and adequately sized. Pool was fabulous. Breakfast spread was huge and they try to provide vegetarian Indian dishes as well. The bath towels do however need a change as they were tattered and torn on the sides. Overall it was a good stay.

Hospitality and Duty Manager along with Duty staffs extremely polite, considerate and world class. On request I was upgraded to Sea view and also give late check-out on last day. In house fitness facility along with Tennis court, Spa, Gym and Sports were awesome. Everything included with no extra cost except rentals for tennis rackets and balls. Negligible few Bahts. I surely will make point to stay here each time I visit again.

A beautiful customer centric Avani Pattaya Resort right in the centre of pattaya, opposite the bay with great sea views, attached to a mall with all the fast food chains and restaurants and bars in it. The best breakfast any Avani Pattaya Resort can serve. Great spread and taste of food. A excellent large swimming pol with horticulture gardens. Truly a gem of a place. Large rooms with comfortable beds and aircon

Located centrally, this Avani Pattaya Resort is excellent in all ways. Good rooms, pool, restaurants, etc. Very convenient as it is connected to Royal Garden Plaza Mall. Walking street is also very close by. There is an airport taxi stand outside the Avani Pattaya Resort. They charge 1000 baht for taxi to Bangkok Airport which is cheaper than other taxis.

We stayed in avani pattaya and it was memorable, thier swimming pool was awesome with pool side bar with submerged chairs, rooms were spacious, service was prompt and breakfast spread was great. As we had gone for safari world and we checked out in morning, they allowed us to have shower at 4 pm near pool side - very courteous staff.

Fantastic location. Good food and service. Good security along with privacy. Caters to all types of visitors. I was up grated being a Discovery member. The front desk was very helpful. It had a small cute garden and was so close to the beach. There is a small entrance from the beach road which takes you to the Pattya scene.

Nice Stay - Would Highly Recommend. Great Location. Heart of Pattaya Central. Very Convenient getting around. All good eating outlets close to this Avani Pattaya Resort. There is a Cocktail Car right outside the Avani Pattaya Resort. Just Loved it .. Was awesome .. They create small lounge type experience.

This was good property and well located pool is very good, as well as the service and the staff was very friendly. Please talk to your service manager regarding service of AC under warranty on the name if deep Agreeable bill date is 31/3/16 due to financial year and machine delivered in June.

Had a very nice experience with avani resort ! it’s beautiful resort with most amenities in proximity, lots of indian restaurants nearby including pure 100% veg which was important for us. The room was quite spacious with nice balcony and view of garden and sea side. Will love to stay back.

1.Rooms could do with a doorbell, WiFi, DVD player for the tariff charged. 2. Swimming pool timings can be extended to late evenings. 3. Complimentary drink and fruits can be added. Rest I think all is good. The best thing about Marriot Pattaya is its proximity to beach and walking street.

Stay was awesome good rooms, friendly staffs and being at the centre of the city makes the stay worth. The only bad thing was that nothing was complimentary other than tea or coffee. Huge pools, peaceful spa place and great restaurants. It was worth staying here.

It is near to the beach and also next to the rifles believe it or not. Good Avani Pattaya Resort and good view and also in the center of all the activities and places to visit in pattaya

avani resort pattaya is a very good property 👌 We stayed 6 nights and had a great time over there. The breakfast spread is very good specially Indian section, Indian chef Mr. Magesh takes care of the guest what is there liking 👍

Great near walking street and opposite beach

Property was excellent location. On beach road. They have excellent swimming pool which cannot be resisted. Excellent hospitality and staff. About 5 minutes walk to Walking Street. Central mall and 24 hours food joints are next to the Avani Pattaya Resort.

Hotel location is superb near to beach and shopping area. Lots of indian veg food joints are nearby. Mall is attached to this Avani Pattaya Resort building for shopping. Staff is good and they have vegetarian food in breakfast

It was a great stay at Avani just a few steps from walking street and some great spa centres. Adjacent to a mall and within walking distance the famous central festival mall.
