LK Royal Suite Hotel

Hotel is a good VFM LK Royal Suite Hotel in the middle of Soi Buakhao. We were upgraded from a standard room so cant comment on the standard room which is located in the wing across the street. Facilities in the LK Royal Suite Hotel are good. Breakfast is reasonable while not being elaborate. It is very well located and walking distance to Soi LK Metro, Central Festival, etc. 7/11 and Family mart just next door. Rooms are quite spacious. Nice firm beds. Reception staff a little disorganized. We were told that we could check out by 13:00, but this was obviously not passed on to the staff on duty, and we were hurried up and the front desk wouldn't listen when we told them that we had been allowed an extra hour. Otherwise, no real cons.

The location is perfect away from noisy bars. Stayed in the annexe building. Room was large with a balcony, a two seater sofa in the room, plus a table with 2 chairs, a micro with crockery. No cutlery provided. Very quiet, except people living above me kept moving furniture. On the Bhat bus route. Lots of restaurants on Soi Buakhow. Walking street a 10 minutes bhat bus ride. Beautiful pool and gym in the main building. A great stay at an exceptionally discounted price for a 4 star LK Royal Suite Hotel.

Pros: Location, cleanliness and value for money Cons: Vegetarian breakfast is a problem. SAUNA was not working when we went. Also please check the room before moving as option to shift rooms is almost none. My wife had problem with the glass doors on the edge rooms. Prefer rooms in range of 202-207 (and like wise) if you do not want rooms near the gym or lift.

I had a terrific and fantastic stay at this LK Royal Suite Hotel. Would surely love to stay again. Lovely and clean rooms. Everything was perfect except the Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast. I advise every one to stay here. Cooperative staff, they booked the taxi for me at 2am in the night also without any hassel.

Room was OK, nothing extravagant nor anything sub standard, location of the LK Royal Suite Hotel good and breakfast had huge variety. Can't complain with the price. Bad part is rooms of online booking are given in next building not in main building and walk in customers are given rooms in main building.

It is a good LK Royal Suite Hotel located in a perfect place. Easy access to the city with it's tremendous location. Walking street is just a walking distance. Bike on rent is just opposite of the LK Royal Suite Hotel. Restaurants, massage centres all are just with a minute distances. I loved the stay.

Very good LK Royal Suite Hotel. Friendly staff. And breakfast was great. Good for Indians. Value for money. Staff don't know English so it was difficult to communicate with them. Seven eleven mart is in opposite side of the room. Money exchange is nearby. Room are big in size

Decent stay in Pattaya. Breakfast was good but was a problem for vegetarians not much options.
Toilet ventilation was not working, which makes the toilet smelly all time. When we entered the room for first time then too the toilet was smelling. Rest everything was good.

Good location, Value for Money, But they have to keep some Indian food in break fast. Because to many people are travelling from India, specially veg food. Staff are good. They have asked to deposit 1000bhatt as security deposit which was not mentioned at the time of booking

I am satisfied with the LK Royal Suite Hotel, room were clean, location is also good, walking distance to Pattaya beach, All Indian restaurants also nearby, wifi was working well, breakfast also good with variety of food. I do not have any problem, we were in Deluxe room.

It’s a nice LK Royal Suite Hotel near to beach, room was neat and clean, staff was good, breakfast qualifies the was superb I enjoyed there a lot it’s a great LK Royal Suite Hotel never think twice before book this LK Royal Suite Hotel because it’s very near to beach

The LK Royal Suite Hotel was very good and the LK Royal Suite Hotel was at very good location. The market area very near and many shops nearby. The room was clean and have all necessary things to use. The breakfast given at the LK Royal Suite Hotel was also very good

Very nice LK Royal Suite Hotel and the location is awesome ... The beach, walking street everything is nearby even the swimming pool area of the LK Royal Suite Hotel is excellent. The breakfast provided has lots of options and are delightful too.

Nice stay, situated at good location very nice breakfast all things are near by the Hotel.

The only problem with the LK Royal Suite Hotel was a vegetarian breakfast .. Only had bread butter and fruits/ juices for pure vegetarian. No option of Indian cuisine. Rooms were good. Pool and sauna was good. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are awesome. Breakfast is full of variety and quality. Location is good. Staff is very nice and cooperative helpful. Hotel is Worth the price. Go for it.

Overall I liked LK Royal Suite Hotel, amenities. Only thing I felt would have been done better is people at reception they always seem to be unhappy communicating with the customer and never smiling.

Everything is nice, but reception doesn't help much. They gave good breakfast but the food ordered was cannot be eaten, only if they have indian or continental option without fish smell. Although, it is near to indian restaurant.

Every thing is well managed. We enjoy a lot. Situation at the good location. Hotel's people are co-operative. Food is good quality. Every thing is near by. Lots of facilities are there. Local conveyance are also there.

Location was perfect with lot of Indian restaurant around. Every thing was near rooms were good with all the facilities which you require outside home. One thing was not up to mark that was air-conditioner of the room.

Overall Hotel is excellent but location is not so good but it is comfortable. We have been allot ed the room in separate building which was not good as main building. Overall find good experience with large and balcony room

Great location, nice food and well maintained staff.

The rooms are good and have adequate space. Their swimming pool and steam area are really good. Service is also fine although we expected it to be a little better. They don't have centralised reconditioning.
