We stay 6 night here but no good service from staff and some cutlery couldn't provide by hotel tooth brush and all

Room was great. Location was good and quiet. Everything is nearby - 7/11, renting a Scooty, restaurants,etc

Worst hotel

I had a whole trip of phuket krabi but this hotel is the worst in treating people they charge for early check in and late check out i came around 12:30 she charged me 600bhat

Book without breakfast

The hotel is good its divided into towers but most of the things are nearby, dont take breakfast only 2-3 items in veg for indians, i will recommend book without breakfast.

Good hotel, convenient stay and easy to access local areas. Value for money. Service is good. Breakfast had limited items.
This time houskipink services is not good. Inside hotel telephone not work then this time we are not happy this property

Bad experience. Hotel staff was not cooperative. We reached hotel and no one will take out of luggage. Rooms are spacious but they didn't provide toiletries and i asked for iron as it was mentioned before booking but when i asked they denied that they didn't provide iron. So no iron in the room, no tooth brush, paste as well as shaving kit. As i mentioned these because its specified as. So its a worst experience.

I found the property on makemytrip and it was showing the cheapest rates. Pros:
location in silent but happening area, very well designed and maintained rooms, cooperative staff, nice hotel, excellent american breakfast, pool available at top, my room also had bathtub and balcony. Cons : first of all it is four star property not five star. So rates could be adjusted according to 4 star. Then for indian vegetarian, i recommend not to opt for room with food. I paid approx 1000 rs extra for breakfast buffet and i ate just bread, up-ma fruits only. Many options are available nearby to go and food. So vegetarian should take room only.

1 hour prior to check out we informed front desk that we would check out 30 min post check out time of 12 noon, then also they charged half day extra for 30 min. Instead of several requests they didn't listen, also behaved roughly with us.

The staff are very arrogant and they don't care about their returning guests as it is a tourist place. The hotel is far away from the beach road. You need to spend on transportation. Very few eating outlets nearby.

Hotel is close to jomtein bus station, it is a beautiful hotel, neat and clean rooms, amazing rooftop pool. The only thing that we had difficulty is that the staff cannot speak english. There was no proper room service as communication was a big problem. Breakfast was good with alot of variety.
