August suites is at perfect location for any traveler. Everything is nearby this hotel. Everything is at walking distance. U don't hv to go far for anything. Perfect location. Space rooms. Nice swimming pool. Good room service. Loved it

Amazing value for money. Near by walking street. At a very prime location. Good nice king size beds. Proper clean toilets. Big spacious rooms available. At times they charge too much as compensation. Overall it's nice place

I stayed late September 2016. Stay was good. Clean and good service. It's near to central Pattaya. Its just 2 minutes walk on your right to beach road can have nice view and walk in morning and evening.

Best neat and clean, well managed property at the heart of Pattaya near the beach and central Mall
Normally in Pattaya in other hotel people can't sleep due to noise and huge sound of orchestra etc, here you can relax.

Well located property, great staff, very clean, nice rooms and guests friendly. No racism. Love to stay again with family too. On Central road and 2nd road, walking distance from beach, one can get bhat bus to walking street or soi 6 just for 10 Bhatt.

Centrally located in Pattaya. Close to Pattaya Beach. Powdered sand. Walking distance to most malls and attractions. Doesn't have a restaurant but many dining options within 25meters. Central Pattaya. Walking distance for evening walk at Beach. Enjoyed Mini Siam, Cabaret and Aret in Paradise. Take a Tuk to most places.

Great Location !! Just value for Money .. Nice staff .. Swimming pool was very good. MOST important room very spacious and very clean Staff were very attentinve. Recommend for those who wants everything near walking distance ..
