Room are good and and big enough for stay, but the hotel do not provide micro wave in the room for heating up personal food such as baby food for family. When asked the staff to heat the baby food foist they denied buy saying microwave in kitchen is not working but upon insisting they agreed to heat the food. Beach is not that great but not very bad either. Restaurant food is very expensive. Pool water is not filtered properly, purification system needs upgrade. We also stayed in other 4 star hotel with better facility.

Rooms are good but food is very expensive compared with other hotels. We asked for microwave for heating up baby food but they don't provide it in the room when asked them to heat the food in kitchen first the staff showed resistance but upon insisting they agreed. No toiletries such as tooth brush and paste provided, shampoos, conditioner and body wash container were different but the product inside is same. No smart tv in the rooms. Hotel is isolated from main road, very difficult to find a good resturant nearby or a public transport such as tuk tuk. U have to completely relay on online cab service or hotel staff to arrange vehicle with higher fair.

Excellent arrangement. Nice courteous helpful staff. Room is spacious and hygienic. Food in the restaurant is wholesome and reasonably priced. Call out for Jicky… extremely helpful front boy. Speaks a smattering of English. Quite resourceful. Will visit again

Very nice location of the resort with its own beach area to explore and spend relaxing time. Food needs to be ordered from outside for indians unless someone is able to adjust with the thai food and it's terrible aroma. Very well maintained property and a feel of being at one end of the world

Location is good but problem is that the don't have lift in this hotel. In today's time. We did not accept that. We have to change our room to ground flour. I don't have any picture.

not worth the price that they r charging, not at all comfortable rooms... bed was broken and not at all comfortable... the room cleanliness was very poor... the only good thing about the hotel was its beach and pool.... thank you for contacting chitraksh e-vehicles pvt ltd., we're unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible😊😊😊

We stayed here for 3 nights. Well it's a mix reaction from us. 1. Location - very near to sanction of truth. It's a beachfront hotel but beach is not maintained and so many other sections of the hotel room. 2. Rooms - rooms were ok type. The decor is very old and not maintained properly. But view was awesome we booked a sea facing room. 3. Staff - staffs were very good and very helpful. 4. Food - food was good too. 5. Ease of access - the main problem we faced here is the ease of access with other part. U need to have a cab app to travel. I recommend to have bolt app. Markets and other restaurants are a bit far from here.
