1. No landline phone to connect to reception. 2. No safe vault in room to safekeeping passport / extra money. 3. Window panes and glasses not of same size, as a result slide window was always open leading to a. Ac issues and b. Outside noise issues. 4. Washroom sitting commode was not fitted, fall down. 5. Washroom at centre was uneven and low leading to water storage in bathroom. 6. Ac cooling issue. 7. Though rooms were empty and available early checkin was not allowed. Overall experience was very bad, not worth visiting. More of a chaddar badlu hotel.

I have been staying at this property on all my trips since the last 12 years, however, this time around i was very disappointed by the service levels and the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We have 2 rooms 614 &615 they are horrible after u go out from the room they will come and take your money i complained to the police station. Police gave a letter to check the cctv camera but they we’re continuously making excuses not to check forgot password, hard disk not working very terrible experience in this hotel if u people still want to stay in this hotel please don’t put any cash in your room when u r going somewhere

It was a great place, i was there 2 hrs before my check in, but they allowed me, i was happy as i was tired at that time and also it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the best part was the swimming pool

I was staying in a superior room of this hotel. The room was good with all required amenities like aircon etc in a good working condition. The staff at reception was rude and they have charged me thb 500 for early check-in about 3 hours. This hotel is not suitable for families seeking a peaceful vacation as it is located in noisy so buakhavo area. Anyone seeking pleasant sleep should also avoid this hotel

Sawasdee sim is located in prime location, excellent european style rooms. Rooms are bigger in size at such cheap price. Hotel staffs are polite and friendly. Peaceful stay for family, solo travellers. We found more europeans are staying in the property.

- place is very noisy around, difficult to sleep at midnight - the best is location and pattaya beach is walkable and if you have bike on rent, many places are nearby. - night life is really good nearby. - there was kettle, but didn't provided coffee, milk sachets - receptions were helpful.

Nonsense hotel which is very old and without maintenance old and useless rooms with no bed only mace on the floor no modern facilities bathroom also old model without water geyser in every aspect stay here hotel room there is no feeling, this is a century old ashram, it doesn't look like anything without it, so please don't book it after looking at the ignorant photo on the booking site.
