    Mmt's fault not hotel's

    Had booked deluxe room which had sea view mentioned in the booking window of mmt. Hotel said it is not sea view. Mm t could not resolve the issue or help any aort afte 7-8 calls to them. Each time i was told that yes room is listed as sea view and they will get it done but even after 2 days of stay not even a single call from them. Think before u book with mm t

    Rooms are not like they show in the picture small room every room have smell. Lift doesn't contain ac. Everything are in distance from this hotel you need to book a cab for every travel even for few km. They don't gave you the spare key or you booked for 2. They only give one key. For other key they will charge you. Even after guest is allowed they will charge you for the room. For every guest. Doesn't give shaving kit or dental kit. Service is not good
