The rooms are too far and there is no lift, they also charge for extra water. The ac also does not work no nicely.

Good place and ambience
clean rooms
family rooms have a pool view which gives great mountain views as well
a bit pricey but i think phi phi is overall costly as compared to other islands

Terrible Stay

They charged us extra money (2000 baht) for just a small stain in the bed sheet. We said that we will get it cleaned from the market but they didn’t let us do that. Secondly no lift, no phone in the room so every-time you need to walk a lot to get to the reception.
We stayed in the economic double room for 2 days and 1 night and had a terrible experience with the hotel. No intercom service & ac was not working. The whole night we suffered because we were not supposed to open the windows because of monkeys. It took a long walk approx 1/2 mile from pier to the hotel. It's too dark with no street lights at night. Hotel staff was co-operative but service was not good.

Excellent stay with wonderful view

This resort is located a 5 min walk from the Tonsai Pier away from the noise. You get an amazing view of the sea from the balcony. Room was quite spacious.

No amenities in room. Room was clean, I don't know about other property facilities. But as the Island is expensive for stay so for us the room was Worth the tariff. Good for one day stay.

Bad condition of room

We checked in to one room where the AC was not working after asking the receptionist thrice to check. We had to finally complain to the manager after which the room was changed. Basic amenities like an electric water heater, tissues, face towels were missing from rooms. We had to ask them.

Good location and clean rooms

Stayed for 2 days here. There was an assigned person for pickup from the ferry. So, no trouble trying to find the place and besides PhiPhi is so small that you can walk the entire place. Good location, close to both sides of the beaches and good shacks and party places also at a walking distance.

Hotel location is OK, the staff at reception was not courteous. Our room was a corner room with a lot of direct sunlight, so it was pretty hot. The bathroom had open pipes, the flush was leaking, no proper shower was there, only a very small hand shower for bathing, no bathroom accessories.
