A mixed experience with room moisture, but overall enjoyable stay

We recently stayed at novotel for a special occasion with our family, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The initial room had a moisture problem on the floor, and although we requested a different room, the issue persisted. Thankfully, the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach relocated us to a better room with an ocean view, which improved our stay. Some rooms at novotel are far from the main facilities, so it's advisable to request a room closer to avoid inconvenience. The restaurant staff was cooperative and accommodating, especially with our vegetarian dietary needs. Although the vegetarian options at the breakfast indian counter were limited, they were willing to prepare custom dishes upon request. While there were some setbacks, novotel made efforts to address the issues. If you choose to stay there, consider the room location and be aware that the checkout time is 11 am, despite it being mentioned as 12 noon in our makemytrip booking. Plan accordingly for your stay.

It was a pleasant stay at Novotel Kamala Beach Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. Services are top notch and staff's hospitality is amazing. Food spread is nice however, vegetarian options are limited. But the hospitality, Beach location with pool overlooking the Beach and their services makes up for that. Also their roof top restaurant with live music is quite good. We had a comfortable stay at the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach and will surely visit again.

We booked an ocean facing room and the view was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and service was super quick. All the areas of the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach were very well maintained. The pool was right next to the beach and that was the biggest plus point at this Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach definitely recommend this if you were looking for a Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach in Phuket.

Great location. Facing the beach though the beach water was cleaner in the other beaches which we stayed. Nice cozy room. A bit small though. Breakfast spread was very good. It superb for the non-veg eaters. Didn't find any Indian type of food except boiled potatoes. An item by name noodles with vegetables contained egg or something else. We realized this just before having it. Overall a very nice experience.

Novotel kamala beach, is located in a quiet secluded corner of picturesque kamala beach. Staff was couteous and welcoming. Had a comfortable check in and check out. Breakfast was good, with good timing. Facilities included a good swimming pool with small basket ball play area. Gym was good. Pool table at floor 3. Good roof top view. My family just lived a dream. Looking forward to go back, very soon.

Kamala beach novotel is a amazing place because it's located right on the beach. It's quiet, friendly and the best part is their very helpful travel desk who will help you book all your island tours. My husband also loved the food, as he's not a big fan of local thai food (he can't eat coconut or lemon grass, we got alot of western food at the restaurant here.

I have booked novotel 2 rooms for family. Location of Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is fantastic. Roof top is awesome. They have upgraded me for jacuzi villa. Voila was very good. Entery location of Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is very sensitive. Take care of driving as it is located at turns of bridge starts. Infect security cares lot.

Stay at Novotel Kamala was great ,the staff were also very welcoming and hospitable,food and services were excellent..highly recommend this place ,and also stunning view from the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach ,enjoy the beach and pool …They also gave us free late check out till 2pm …love the place ..thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Wonderful place to stay. The Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach location is near the beach almost like private beach. The facilities are too good. The welcoming was warm and pool were very good. The most important thing, got Indian vegetarian food and thai vegetarian food. Value for money.

Booked king ocean view room. Rooms are spacious and view from balcony is beautiful. Food was good with happy hour discount it is cost effective also. Infinity pool and the beach view sitting is must try. Kamla beach is not crowded. Family enjoyed the stay. Good staffs.

Nice serene location calm and quiet for couples who want quality time. Nice spread of cuisines adequate value for money. Due to different language and understanding, services for rooms was slightly difficult but manageable. Overall good value for money.

Over all fine and blissful stay I had, no notice, clean swimming pool and beach side out side Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach.
Was just fine, value for money, clean beaches and pool.

The breakfast is only meant for Europeans. No Indian veg option were there. More over we were for 4 day their was no change in their breakfast same food daily. No hot meals for vegetarians.

One of the best beach view Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach in Kamala. The only downside is the location. Markets are around 2 km from the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. But the balcony view is amazing.
