Bad behaviour of staff tow-rads indians.

Very bad behavior of staff. They are very rude towards indians. I do not recommend this hotel for your stay. One of the worst hotel in my entire trip. They do not even have a great vegetarian breakfast buffet. Only option available for vegetarian breakfast is bread and juice. We did a late check in so there was no staff available and had to carry our own luggage. Very much disappointed with the stay.

Location in the busy market area and bad view from balcony however very near to patong beach. Bad food, should not available buffet breakfast.

Hotel was average. Breakfast was also average. No hot water in the bathroom. Internet in the lobby was good but in the room was very bad. Staff was very good. Rating average only because of the very good staff. Hotel was not worth

I stayed with my wife and with my one year. Old daughter. Pros
1. Near the beach and 1. 5 km from bangla road. 2. Having small swimming pool with good view. 3. Room size is good. Cons
1. Poor staff behaviour
2. Poor room service. 4. Ac's are not working. 5. Breakfast need to improve. 5. Changed 4 rooms in 4 days because everyday new issues arrises. 6. One of the staff behavior is worst. Best part is one person or team manager is tood good in guest handling and he talks very politely and also given complimentary airport drop. Thanks to him.

Location is awsm. Easy to find. But needs a little repairs in bathrooms. Our shower and jets were leaking very much. Otherwise all are very nice. Polite staffs.

We changed 3 rooms, room 1 heater not working, room 2 toilet jammed, and behaviour of owner is very rude

Location of the hotel was good. Very near to the patong beach. Main attraction is it's pool where you can get a full view of the sea. Staff is very cooperative and understands english which is a plus point. Overall my stay was very comfortable.

In the description they said 2minutes away from the beach are actually 10/20 minutes away, dirty hotel, rooms are not clean, breakfast is same everyday and very limited. Swimming pool is on tth floor and from thay they took the photos for advertisement and misguided pp l which shows close to the beach

This hotel doesn't maintain the cleanliness. Ac was damage. Water is licking from ac. Bed smells so bad it was not clean at all. Bathroom was not flowing properly. I don't have
