recently i visited phuket and stayed at hotel amari. it was an amazing experience staying there for 4 days. the way they welcomed us, the ambience, their pools, food and the best part was their private beach- its was just wow. thanks amari! looking forward to come again.. photos added

U had a wonderful experience at amari. Best view from the coral ocean rooms. Separate veg menu, great service, great food, best breakfast spread. Lots of in-house things to explore like beach, jetty, restaurants. Their guided tours are worth the money. Pick & drop facilities. As a couple on honeymoon they surprised us with cake & room decor. Helped us arrange perfect sea side dinner date. Authentic food, great service. 10/10 must stay here

Amari is a family friendly property with breath taking views and tourist friendly location (next to patong beach. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. The food is amazing. Overall, perfect stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at amari Phuket, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! the resort's stunning ocean views, lush gardens, and sleek modern architecture set the tone for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The resort's facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and spa, were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and exceptional dining experiences at the on-site restaurants. Amari phuket's prime location allowed us to easily explore patong beach and surrounding attractions. The hotel's private beach and sunset views were truly breathtaking. Overall, our stay at amari phuket was flawless. We can't wait to return and experience the warmth and hospitality of this incredible resort again! would highly recommend"

None of the 9 restaurants serve vegetarian options except the rim taley which has a fixed indian food menu

My wife and I stayed in room 7127 (Grand Oceanside view with Balcony) for three nights, and our experience was decent overall. Positive Aspects Location: The room's location in Building No. 7 was excellent, being close to the breakfast restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and beach access. However, it is a bit distant from the lobby. Room Features: The room was spacious with effective air conditioning, a functioning temperature controller, a large TV, and good tea and coffee facilities. However, finding the kettle plug was a challenge due to its placement. Bathroom Design: The bathroom was efficiently designed but felt compact compared to our previous stay at Pullman Arcadia Naithon Beach. Beach Access: Proximity to the beach allowed for relaxation and walks, although the view was more of backwaters than the ocean. Food Options: The breakfast and à la carte menu offered a variety of Indian dishes, which attracted many Indian guests. The hotel is also conveniently located 3 km from Patong Beach, with shuttle services available. Areas for Improvement Breakfast Quality: Breakfast was disappointing; Indian dishes like aloo and gobi parathas were subpar, and dosas were not freshly made unless requested. The live egg station was cramped, with inexperienced staff. Dining Environment: The breakfast area lacked natural light, making it feel dingy. There was also a lack of warm hospitality from staff; no one engaged with us during our meals. Spa Discount Issue: Despite having a voucher for a 30% spa discount, we faced resistance from the spa manager regarding its applicability. Complimentary Water Policy: The hotel only provided one liter of complimentary water per day for two guests, which felt inadequate. Fortunately, housekeeping was generous in providing more upon request. Conclusion Overall, while we had a decent stay with some enjoyable aspects, several areas need attention to enhance guest experience.

Terrible experience!!! They made us feel as we were staying for free ..not done this was my second time at AMARI but am feeling bad that I got my whole family to stay here ...apart from the view & buggy service staff both else seems to be working in their favour ....😞

Good property but not worth the spend

While the hotel was good but away from the main patong market and you would end up spending 200bht each way if you want to go out. The beach there is full of rocks and if you plan to go near water for kids to play, i don’t think that’s a good option. You have to go to patong beach for that. The food is very expensive and they charge 200 bht for a bottle of water at the resturant.

I have given good because of the staff behaviour. They all are quite rude. Apart from that everything is awesome at the property. Inf-act they gave me a bottle steriliser in room to sterilise my baby milk bottles. The ambience is awesome. The restaurant at beachfront is cherry on the cake. Breakfast have indian menu which is an extra perk.
