Pathetic, water policy is not good because 1 litre water is not enough for two people after many requests they didn’t send

The room etc was in good condition but the staff didn’t seem too hospitable. Can’t evem serve their guest water and was asked to buy one.

This gonna be long but stay with me for honest review. I had visited Phuket in 2018, hotel were cheaper and less tourist. Now the tourism in Phuket has increased a lot in 6 years and hotel prices have doubled. We were on a budget trip so we chose Naina resort and spa over Journeyhub by Phuket. The moment we entered the room we wanted to get out soon. The room as so shady that we had to use flash light to even pack our laggage. The room is especially designed for low light, suitable for getting hooker for a night. The room is very small and there is water logging issue in bathroom. The room was not cleaned on daily basis. Not much food option. I regret spending few more thousand for better place because you want good time with your family in vacation. One last thing, next to Naina resort there is boxing stadium so the street is fully traffic jammed and 15min walk to Bangla Street. Don't go with the phot. The photos were taken sometime like 10 years back. Look at Google maps when you book hotels especially cheap once. If you coming with friends I think this is good budget stay, but with family would not recommend at all.

It was a very bad experience paid so much and got bad service, grand deluxe room was bad, bathroom doors were not closing, bath shower was leaking, breakfast was started late, so missed a brk fast first day, ther were other better resort at less price.

The rooms were big and staff was helpful too. You can get a bike from the lobby itself. Patong beach was a bit far though.

Not worth if it is not a pool access room

Used beers an cokes present inside the fridge, ac takes long time to cool the room, no bath towels provided unless we requested. May be they'll treat us better if we book pool access rooms. Not a comfortable stay, disappointed.

The room were not neat & clean, the staff was very very rude, there were no potter to carry your luggage to the room, would recommend not to book this hotel, the breakfast menu was same everyday, we were there for 3 days but daily there was same breakfast & bowls of breakfast were also not change & cleaned daily, & mainly they don’t respect indians & supposedly give concern rooms to indians. & would recommend to all indians pols do not book this resort there are many other hotels

Changed 3 rooms but ac was not working in any of the rooms. Spoken to mr amit on mm t but all in vain. Requested for refund as well

very neat resort, excellent service and sweet staff. good breakfast options as well. 100% recommend this place. it’s in the middle of the town which is plus point, as you have access to everything 😊

Food is not up to standards, no staff to attend on time, bathroom had cockroaches, ac cooling was not proper, old non maintained furniture.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience at naina resort. Staff were so pleasing and kind and were very helpful in all ways ambience was just a wow and was kept very clean pizzas we're good at the resto.

Beautiful property with serene vibe. Place is 1km walking distance from bangla road and patong beach. Staffs are amazingly friendly.

We had booked a standard room with a pool view, upon check in they told us that they don’t have standard room so they are upgrading us to a superior room, however in the name of upgrade we were given a degraded room, the room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, one of the rooms had a very bad locality view, during check out there was nobody to help us with our bags, we had to bring our bags by ourselves from the 2nd floor which we did not book, our rooms did not have cupboards too

Good hotel, definitely worth staying here although the hotel is bit inside but still it worth than the other hotel we stayed at the beachfront which costed us 4x per night.

Hotel staff is good, rooms are good, easy connectivity to main areas, although they omly have 3 veg options in their entire menu. Overall it's a pocket friendly and good hotel.
