Pathetic i had an extremely disappointing experience at namaka resort, kamala, and would not recommend it to anyone. If i could give a negative rating, i would. The staff was incredibly rude and unaccommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were unhygienic, and to our horror, we found two lizards in our room. Basic services like assistance with luggage were nonexistent, as we were left to carry our own bags. As indians, we also sensed a bit of discriminatory behavior, which made our stay even worse. The food menu was terrible, with only 1-2 vegetarian options. On one occasion, we arrived for breakfast at 10:20 am (breakfast timing was until 10:30 am, only to find the staff hastily discarding food and refusing to let us take anything. Their behavior was completely unprofessional. Overall, it was an appalling experience, and i would strongly urge travelers to avoid this hotel.

I had an excellent experience at namaka. The hospitality, staff, and overall ambiance were truly impressive. Staff were incredibly polite and humble, making my stay even more enjoyable. Also the complimentary cabby and shuttle services to the beaches and rooms were a lovely touch. The hotel's beauty and charm made my stay truly unforgettable.

The stay was good, they had a small child play area which really helped. Food was good but could have better options for breakfast buffet.

The stay was decent with an amazing view. However the restaurant was average, as they forgot our order and we reminded them multiple times, ended up ordering food on grab.

Properties location right in front of the andaman sea. 2 mins walk to kamala beach. Food is quite average. Service is average too. But the resort itself is spacious, luxurious and clean. But the area i. E, kamala beach is quite peaceful, you wouldn't like it if you want a cool vibe, young people and party spots nearby. You have to reach the paying beach for that.

1. Service was slow 2. No lifts for room, have to go through stairs, elderly people has problem 3. They charge in room dining immediately and not bill to room.

I had a wonderful stay at namaka hotel. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a serene environment. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property was 5 mins from the kamala beach. Overall, the property was great! it has two infinity pools and very kind and friendly staffs. Food there is also good. However, there were facilities like the pool table which was not maintained properly. The room had pungent smell in day 1. I’d rate it a 7/10
