Novotel Phuket resort is located opposite the beach. Nice view from our room. Rooms are quite spacious. Hotel staff is quite accommodating and helpful. Food is average i would say. Good facilities. All in all a good stay

The location of the property is amazing with a serene sea view. Lots of food options to choose from different cuisine. The amenities & service is world class. Even i got my room upgraded as a goodwill gesture from the property.

the stay was excellent. the hotel was exceptional and the room with pool access was big for a family of four with a cosy corner bed for a grown up child. the location of the novotel resort was ideal next to the patong beach and also gateway to the night life of phuket. an enchanting experience.

Exceptional service from an highly attentive team. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. One highlight of this hotel is the beach and bangla night markets are in walkable distance. Hotel provide shuttle services from the main to gate lobby

Just an average property, had booked deluxe twin sea very rooms, rooms are very average, very con-jested sea view is good then i upgraded to family suite which was much more bigger room. No standards of 4 star property very badly maintained definitely not worth paying, breakfast also average

Room was not gud service was very poor and they provided shuttle service which is not convenient we can’t even avail it due to only one shuttle van only 9 person capacity and it’s far from city and market area

Pleasant stay, good spread for breakfast, great place for Indian breakfast too. Staff is very helpful and cordial , we left our passport in the previous hotel and they coordinated for proper retrieval … perfect location, walking distance to the main beach where all activities are.

Superb hotel, excellent staff, value for money. The rooms are big very clean, and all amenities are provided. House keeping staff is too good. Rooms corridors are very clean. There are beautiful gardens. Sea beach view rooms. Pick up drop service provided meaning there is shuttle service all through out the day. There are very good pools all sea facing in fact from the hotel you can view the beach and the city landscape. The resort is massive. Everyone in the resort is polite friendly and goes out of the way to help. I could not find any thing which i disliked. There are play pens for children with nanny looking after them. Grand restaurants within with indian food. There is tea available, which is a rarity in thailand. I give the hotel full marks in everything. Only thing is that the resort is a bit costly for a person with a fixed budget. After all for quality, services, ambience, and amenities, one has to understand the pricing. This is one of the resorts which gives one peace of mind holidaying in a foreign land. There is an automated teller machine at the reception so one can withdraw-cash on the spot. The reception is one of the best i have experienced with too good staff. I want to thank everyone in the hotel staff and managers for looking after me like a part of their family. Thank you novotel family. Keep the good work going.
