The property looks different compared to the images shared. That being said we didn’t think of it as priority but what bothered us are:
1: we landed at 9 and needed an early check in which was informed to them on email and calls as well. With no response to any of that they told us the checkin would happen only by 3pm while we requested them and were willing to pay additionally as well. Yet they made sure the guest who came after us got their rooms in seconds while we sat at their lobby till 3 2. There are no amenities for your comfort. They don’t provide with an iron or toilet paper or coffee when asked for. You will get it only when they tell you they have a staff. 3. The staff didn’t bother for any request we had and were outright unpleasant

3. 3. 3. Over all rooms are clean. - we had two rooms booked. They let us checkin in one room around 2:30pm but other room was available after 6:30pm. When it become available, floor was wet there isn’t any curtain in shower so water spills all over. They have good breakfast range but not much choices for veggie

This was my second time at tony. Since i loved my previous stay i booked tony. However this time i got a room at the 5th floor when it was already extremely hot. The room didn’t have a proper window and no fan so when the housekeeping would wipe the floor the room would remain slippery throughout! i slipped and fell down as well. While we stayed for 5 nights the floor remained damped! there’s no provision to keep the ac remotes with self while sleeping ! we have to get up every-time the ac needs to be switched off or on! upon requesting also they didn’t care to change the room! the bed was okay ! this is my last time at tony. There are many hotels nearby which offers better amenities with same price!

Property is built with lot of old wooden work inside the room. Gives feeling of old age. Locker facility is manual, door lock is manual, only positive is it's in good location. They charge 500bhat for any guest in the room.
