I stayed in hotel room b235 with a good balcony overlooking the andaman sea and patong beach. I would give full rating for the view from balcony. The view from the pool and latitude bar is even more magnificent. The hotel has the best view in asia. The service was top notch and breakfast has and huge spread of continental and asian dishes. I asked for a room in the top floor but they gave in the floor below which was ok. Initially they allotted room in a block however they changed my room to b block when i requested for a better balcony view. The people were so nice. The hotel had people from all parts of the world and probably its a favorite hotel of the arabs. We attended a seminar by the wyndham group and they showed us their best room which was extraordinary. They provided us a free trip to jamesbond islands for attending the seminar. The shuttle bus timings to patong is only till 8pm. The pool was always empty when we stayed. The resort is truly a 5 star property and i would recommend staying there just for the the view.

The pool suite was spectacular. It had great vibe. Hotel is overall amazing with great services. Only one downside was the location which was covered by their shuttle services at nominal rate! if you have a scooter or car rented then you don’t need to worry at all!

Everything was wonderful. They upgraded our room to pool suite room coz one of their socket was not working. Excellent buffet spread and very warm hospitality.

The checkin process at the hotel needs improvement. The process took almost an hour. We had booked two rooms at the checkin we were allotted only one room as the other room was not ready yet. So we had to wait till 4pm to occupy the room even though the checkin was at 2pm. The facilities at the resort are good however there was electric maintenance going on due to which there was a short power cut. Overall good resort but a lot needs improvement.

I recently stayed at wyndham phuket and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. From the moment i walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and quick the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautiful sea view, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. I was also impressed by the hotel's facilities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty items. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member i encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Overall, wyndham exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!
