Property overall was nice and in a good location. However, I felt the amenities are due for an upgrade considering the price point. I would also not recommend booking through Last Minute
Great location and rooms were amazing. Resort has little to do which is fine at this location. Breakfast was average. Staff were amazing and helpful.

They said they provide a ride from up hill hotel down the hill to the entrance, but most of the time it was hard to find anyone to help and we had to walk all the way down and up. Room service took 1 hour due to lack of staffs. Breakfast was also poor.
The staff at The Senses Resort were just excellent. Friendly and welcoming and very happy to help in any way they can. Golf carts are an excellent way to get around as it is quite steep to get to the villas but well worth the expense. Although only one restaurant, the variety and quality were both excellent. Your driver was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks Sak. Highly recommend The Senses Resort but be aware that it is quite a steep hike to and from the villas and not something I’d recommend for families with young kids as the infinity pool would be challenging and the bedrooms are completely separate from each other and the living area. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience.

This was pure paradise. We never wanted to leave. The beds are comfy and firm, bathrooms have the most incredible shower heads of all time. Kitchen was slightly lacking in terms of cutlery but we didn’t use it very much so that was fine. The pool was wonderful and the view overlooking the beach was spectacular. Dark block out curtains to help you sleep late. They don’t leave a booklet but just dial 0 for the front desk. If you want in-room breakfast you need to order the day before. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Honestly take me back asap it was phenomenal

verified t.familyJul 31, 2019 We had a 2 bedroom villas with private pool , it was really nice and clean , also very spacious . Overlooking the busy Patong street and beach . It was beautiful . My kids love the pool and it a reasonably deep enough to swim (for adult) . Overall , really love it and all staffs are helpful and friendly . Will definitely go back .

The location is great as there is no need too waste money on tuk tuk/taxi. I booked the villa instead of the normal rooms. Room size, bed & the living space was great. Mini bar will be refilled everyday and its FREE!. There is only 3 disappointing things about the stay. When we entered the room after the hotel staff showed us the living area, we discovered that the ashtray was filled with cigs from the previous occupants. The next thing was there was a lot of ants found crawling around the pool deck area. Unsure whether was there any sweet stuffs that was left over from the previous occupants, however was pleased that on our 3rd day of stay, the hotel staff left a note on our door step and informed us that there will be pest control ppl gg round the area of the hotel. Means at least the management does bother about it. The last thing was the BREAKFAST, which i deem was the most impt thing for all occupants there. Variety was limited. Not a good spread of international n local choices. I personally feel that the hotel should improve on this area. However I was still personally recommend this hotel for couples or family who is looking for a private pool stay. Overall i will rate this place 9/10. If breakfast was good, i will give it a 10/10. Btw I will say the staffs is very polite, courteous and service given is GREAT! credits for that as well.

Good stay but terrible check in experience
I stayed in private pool villa for the first night. It was a spectacular villa, spacious, well decorated, good amenities and the mini bar is free. Lighting, air con is controlled by a panel next to my bed.
Then I stayed in a pool access room for the other 2 nights. The room was okay, comfy, but constantly some smell of plumb sewage water in the room not sure where is it come from. Just I didn’t bother to change room. I didn’t use the pool much as I went out quite a lot. Such a waste but the view from the pool is great.
Check in was terrible - the staff were slow and poorly communicated. I waited almost 30 mins to check in and check out.
