A great place to stay in Turgurtreis
Great hotel in a perfect location and staff is very helpful. The hotel looks new, rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend to stay here as it will be hard to find a similar quality hotel in this price range. The marina, the beach, supermarkets are just steps away. I definitely plan to return.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient for sailors who need to access the marina. The room was quiet and comfortable. The sheets and towels could be better cleaned, I saw some stains on towels and the pillow covers didn’t seem ironed.

Weekend Stay In Turgutries
Very friendly service, front desk was particularly nice. Rooms are small but they were very clean and modern. Worth flagging that there was no sheet on the bed, it was in the details of the booking but I have to say I thought it was a mis-translation, it's not. Other than that it is a very nice hotel in a great location

How would you,then, trust if the rooms were properly disinfected? How is it possible to confront a customer with such a behavior and hoping to do business in these critical times?
I would never pick this hotel again
We had a most pleasant stay at the hotel ,the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.
First impression is not good. Untidy enterance with long grass and junk in the yard. Rooms are no better. Rusty fittings. Supply your own toiletries. Booked for four days. Room not cleaned once, sheets and towels never changed. What a mistake. The free breakfast was very poor and the coffee was instant. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR....STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.
Banyoda sabun yok,su çok az akıyordu, klima kumandası çalışmıyordu kapatmak için tüm odanın enerjisini kapattım.
Otelin hem konumundan hem hizmetinden memnun kaldım. Araca gerek duymadan Turgutreis’in tam olarak merkezinde. Hem plaj hem alışveriş olanağı var. Oda temiz, düzenli ve personel ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Teşekkürler
Merkezde asgari tüm ihtiyaçları karsilayabilecek bir hotel ... Konaklamam sırasında her hangi bir sorun yaşamadım.. Otel girişte hızlıca işlemlerim yapıldı.. Teşekkür Ederim..)))
Oda genel olarak temizdi ancak tuvalet ve banyo yeterince temiz değildi klozette lekeler vardı. Karşılama iyiydi ancak kahvaltı saati ile ilgili bilgilendirilmedim ve kahvaltıyı kaçırdım. Wifi ya da bağlanamadım. Ancak konumu güzeldi.
Otelin yeri guzel. Etrafta hersey var. Ama asagisindaki restoranda gece 1 e kadar canli muzik vardi. Odalar normal temiz duruyordu. Kahvaltisi gercekten az ve guzel degil yani. Hic bodrumda marinanin karsisindaki bir otele yakismiyor.

Otelin konumu harici herşey berbat. Odada tavanda örümcek bağlamış, wcde taharat musluğu su kaçırıyor, banyo seramik araları artık kirden simsiyah olmuş. Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Sadece otelin konumu çok iyi o kadar
Otel temizliği ile ilgili ekstra bir problem yoktu, normal kabul edilebilir, aynı şekilde personel tavrı da iyiydi ancak otel fiziki şartları( odaların küçük olması, odada buzdolabı olmaması, tek göz pencere vs) yetersizdi.

Kahvaltı zayıf. Asansör yok. Yan odadaki gürültü nedeniyle bütün gece uyuyamadık. 1 gün oda temizlenmedi. 2 gün odayı temizlemek rica ettik. Konum çok iyi, merkezde.
Kahvaltisi idare eder. Park sorunu yok. Odalarda balkon yok.yaz tatili icin bu büyük bir sorun yaratiyor. Personel ilgili.
Tek sıkıntı yatağın biraz gıcırdamasıydı, geriye kalan her şey gayet güzeldi.
Havluları çok güzeldi duştan sonra tekrar duş alıp kurulanasım geldi, utanmasam isticektim o derece, konumu çok güzel bana göre tek eksik diye bileceğim konular, birincisi mini bar neredeyse boştu, ikincisi kahvaltı saati 07:30/ ile 10:00 arası olması, tatil için gelenler o saatte kalkması biraz sorun olabilir sonuçta dinlenmek uyumak için geliyorlar o süreyi biraz daha genişletirseniz daha memnun olur herkes, yine de hizmet için teşekkür ederim. Tekrar geleceğin bir otel.
