It was well situated, very easy to get to all the desired locations
Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul
Spent three nights at this hotel on a recent trip to Istanbul—lovely and friendly staff, great location and was well looked after.
Some great local restaurants are just meters away from the hotel. Going up to Taksim is easy jump in a cab. For the old city simply walk to Aksaray and jump on the tram.

Good location. Free shuttle to overpriced tourist restaurants and a Bosporos cruise. Tiny room, had to walk against wall to get past bed. Staff most courteous. There is an alcohol-free "lounge" that only serves breakfast. Good choice for the price.

Initially the staff member Nihad? was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was an excellent range and the foyer is very attractive. The second shift tried to sell me an expensive airport trip, incorrectly trying to convince that Uber is banned. The bathroom in the room was quite unhygienic, tiny and with a noisy fan. Room was tiny - needing attention and repairs

Rooms are very small. Very loud, Wall doors and windows are not soundproofed.
Breakfast very basic compared to other hotels in Istanbul.
The only ok part of my stay is the location of the hotel and the price.

I left this hotel after the first night. First off all, the walls were so thin that I woke up 3-4 times that night from the sounds of water in the pipes and people talking in the hallway. The pipes were the worst as whenever someone used the bathroom or shower in another room, there was a sudden screech of water running, about as loud as a vacuum cleaner! It would jolt me awake - very uncomfortable.
I might have settled for a different room, except for the hotel's treatment of me and my fiance. First, my fiance came in to help me take my luggage up (he lives nearby and I chose this hotel to be close to him). One of the staff members told him he is not allowed to go up with me AT ALL if he is not a guest and physically pushed him away from my bag! We explained he would not be staying but he made my fiance pay to come up with me and was so rude to us!
Later, when I complained to the front desk about this and the water, their response was to gaslight me. They said this was normal protocol (it's not - I've stayed in multiple hotels and this was beyond rude), and suggested that I was sensitive to noise since "no other guest has ever complained about the noise there."
I decided to keep my dignity and left 15 minutes later. Never again will stay here!
Amazing hosts I would say ..a certain mr yilmaz if I remember the gentleman’s name correctly..his parting words were while I was checking out …” even if you aren’t staying at our place and if your need any help..don’t hesitate to call “
As someone who has been traveling all around for the last 25 odd years.. I would say this is the attitude of the hospitality industry that gets them customers for life ..

oktay.friendsApr 21, 2024 Es war wirklich die reinste Katastrophe, das gebuchte Zimmer nicht erhalten , mehrmals von Zimmer zu Zimmer versetzt unfreundliches Personal . Zudem sind im ganzen Hotel Baustellen es ist alles dreckig , ach bitte gebt ein paar Euro mehr aus und sucht euch ein anständiges Hotel außer der Lage gab es ernsthaft nichts positives bloß die FINGER WEG !!!!
Kaldigimiz oda internet sitesinde yer alan odayla ayni degildi ve tam olarak temizlenmemisti , sabah kahvaltisinda tabaklar kirliydi kahvaltidaki yemekler taze degildi , calisanlarin cogu suriyeli garip bir ywrdi
İnanılmaz derecede pis bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık,gün içinde 2-3 kere temizlenmesini talep ettik her seferinde temizlikçleri yönlendiriyoruz dediler fakat temizliğe gelen olmadı.Kahvaltıda aşırı kötüydü 2.gün kahvaltı yapamadık ilk gün bulaşıkları müşteriler yıkıyordu o derece vahim durum ….Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
