Mobile charging point in room is not easy accessible. Not only in one room i guess all rooms have this issue, unless the stay was good.

Amenities are excellent, however the smell of paint is too much small was too small and the shower area is so small

Everything was excellent except for the ongoing maintenance(paint job the hall way) and live music (from the bar i guess)at midnight that you can hear from our room.

There is no one to help you with your luggage, the elevator was unclean, the ac vents in the hall way very dirty, the bathroom in my room very old and not up to standard very unclean, the pillows hard as a rock. It was so such a waste of money honestly i had a few more days in abudhabi but could not book another night

The property was beyond our expectations and was far better than what was displayed in the images. My recommendation is to upload the latest images of property. The staff was very polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel yesterday . Before arriving, I checked the online price, which was AED 155 (with taxes AED 200. At the front desk, I was quoted AED 330. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to assist, and I couldn’t get a refund for the booking. Very frustrating experience.

hotel did not have parking space inside the hotel and hence i had to arrange paid parking. could not sleep well as the outside road people were talking continuously after mid night..

The Hotel is nice and the staff very welcoming and friendly. I was first offered a room that was stincky with no window! The window was made of in frosted glass and impossible to open it since it was locked by screws. I asked to get another room to finally received a more appropriate room. Very basic but clean. I tried the Philippine restaurant in the hotel but was totally disappointed there.....expensive for very low quality food.... far to be the best Pinoy restaurant in UAE. The meal was rather cold, the frites saggy and oily , the Adobo was tasteless and bland. I left the hotel in the morning but did not try the breakfast. A last very desappointment was that if you reach by car..... there is no valet and no parking. You just need to drive around the hotel until you find sn available public parking bay ..... and pay for it of course. The Palace is however a nice piece of history in AD and very well located.

Had booked a suite through mmt. Later when i reached here i was told the booking is for junior suite which is a relatively lower category than a normal suite. I was told the agent (mmt) has booked junior suite only and nothing could be done. Nonethless, the hotel is overall decent. Not a 5 star for sure

The hotel was much beyond our expectations. The location is just too good on the corniche. The white palace was very well maintained. The service was also top notch. The reception helped in receiving a package from amazon, while we were out touring the city.

You can’t sleep well from the sound of other guests in front of the main gate and at the bar down at the ground floor, specially if you book a room between 333 to 336 the worst area. And when you raise a complaint no one cares about it. Also wifi so bad and keep lose connection for it reasons.

Short time for the pool and they announced that next day will be close because of the renovation, fire alarm is so annoying like 3x was alarming
