It was fine. Room was good but the service was very slow. Asked for water bottle and it literally came after 30 minutes. Ms. Twinkle was very sweet and arranged an early check in at ease understanding the situation.

It was exceptional experience to stay at aloft hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The combination of superb service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities made for a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in abu dhabi and look forward to returning on my next trip.

first of all - we arrived at 3pm already late but we can join a room at 4 pm why because room it’s not ready untill 4pm. - ⁠i told her try to find for us room with view but unfortunately didn’t. - ⁠all the rooms were next to each other, and even our room had a door to the adjacent room. - ⁠the room wasn't clean enough, and there was no water available, i called them to bring water, even just for tea. - ⁠at checkout time, they called us before 12 pm to leave the room by 12 pm, even though we received the room at 4 pm. in all other hotels, we do checkout at least by 2 pm. - ⁠it was a really bad experience, and i lost my money because i didn't enjoy my stay there.

Overall, our stay at aloft was fantastic. The room was spacious and classy, with high ceilings, elegant decor, and an amazing view. The beds were comfortable, and the luxurious bathroom had premium amenities. The breathtaking view made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

The hotel property is nice, but some aspects in terms of service are very poor. Like it took us 50 mins to complete the check in, after that also we got rooms on 2 separate floors. The booking was made 1 months back, they have close to 300 rooms and were not able to manage rooms on at least 1 floor. In the room, they would keep just 1 bottle of water and the funny part is there is no housekeeping number, you need to call the front desk for any request and it would not come without calling twice / thrice. Any way location is great and rooms are spacious and nice, on the service front they need to improve a lot.
