Same hotel, different experience

I had a stay earlier in the same hotel on 9th floor which was a standard room. I had a wonderful experience. I loved the room so i decided to come back again. But this time i got a room on 4th floor 409. This was a terrible experience. The bathroom was stinky. I saw baby cockroach in the room. The cleanliness wasn't the same that i experienced on 9 th floor of the same hotel.

Great property at excellent location. We booked the suite room which was very spacious. The cleanliess & amenities were superb. The staff is also very helpful.

The hotel is close to corniche street if someone wants to take walk and enjoy the evening. Breakfast is also good with balance for veg and non-veg options. Rooms are also good but bed size is so so for parents going with 2+1 option.

Makemytrip support is worst, even having a black member & loyal customer seems it's not a big deal for them. The staff gives max 48 hours to resolve issues but even after 48 hours + after so many follow ups they don't reply. Once they reply after taking more than the promised time, it's kind of too late. Definitely time to explore other options.
Overall experience was good. But they let us to wait 30 minutes to arrange the room. And there was no swimming pool but in description they write about it.

I will definitely recommend staying in this hotel as it is in the prime location and everything is nearby. The room is very clean however they could've provided slippers. And the sunset view is amazing. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything was Good except for the Food esp for a Vegetarian. No One would like to have Sambhar and Veg Pulao in Breakfast. Chicken Curry in Room Service was disgustingly awful.

Good experience to stay in hawthorn suites hotel. I recommended to stay in this hotel. All facilities are good but swimming pool are not available in hotel.

I arrived at the facility late since my flight delayed. So i reached on next day morning. The reception staff said they cannot confirm my booking since it is 3rd party booking. I said i payed the full amount and it is confirmed. But still they refused. Finally after argument they provided the room. It was terrible when they said like that because i was alreday tired and juat want to sleep but they made to wait to confirm the room

The hotel does not have their own swimming pool as mentioned in the amenities.You have to go to another hotel for availing the service which is quite odd.Rest the rooms were good.Overall i would suggest the stay to be an average.

Not a good hotel but good staff

1st of all they dont have swimming pool. 2nd ac is barely working i was sweating most of the time in the room and there was a continuous water leaking from tye ac and the ventilation in the bathroom on top of the toilet and they fixed it after two times reporting that. 3rd the rooms are too close to each others you can hear neighbors yelling baby’s noise most of the day. 4th their security supervisor was talking to roughly like a police officer.
