Room was good but food is very bad, breakfast quality is very poor and no proper seating arrangement for breakfast, no staff direction, so overall exp is not good

The room was below average, the bathroom had a water leak, resulting in my wife slipping and hurting her knee. The bath tub was not per safety standards. We may not return to this property.

It is very near to all the theme parks of abhu dhabhi. Room and linen were very clean. Breakfast was the best. Loved staying there

Very bad staff

We booked for room with king size bed and on arrival was given twin bed. When asked for providing proper room as per bookings they gave us a room which was wheelchair friendly and had very small bathroom. After almost 2 hrs and numerous visit to reception they gave us the correct room. Next day we asked for an additional bed and for that also it took 2hrs. As per booking its was only aed 1 for additional bed but they said talk to mm t as we charge 120 aed for it. We agreed to pay but after that also their team and waited for 2 hrs. When we finally slept at 10pm they sent someone to pay without sending bed. My husband was not well and we wanted to sleep early. Finally spoke to shift manager to get bed at 10:30pm and our sleep was disrupted. Very bad service and wouldn’t recommended this place.

It was too crowded. Breakfast was cold. No spoons available during breakfast. Most of items were over and had to wait for refill. We had asked for single large bed as we had small kid, but they gave us room with two single beds. On request they said it's not available. Although we could see lot of top rooms were vacant. Also after room makeup lot of things were not topped up. Charges are too much as compared to services provided.

Perfectly located hotel for family with kids. If you have kids above age 13 then you must stay here as all yeas island parks are at 5 mins distance from here

The pool side view rooms were good rest not that great view, staff is good, mr pradeep and team provided good services food very bad taste, felt like vomiting, it seems chef didnt know how to make good sandwiches, dal makhana, would suggest to avoid hotel food. We ordered from outside. The pool is good, rooms are clean, they provide all accessories upon request, you have to call for a tooth brush as well. The overall location is good and you will enjoy it if you get the pool side view room. The staff is very nice.

Beautiful rooms with view. You can either go for marina view or sea view. Very clean washrooms and excellent service. Highlight for this place is their breakfast buffet! such a wide spread with lots of options.

The reception staff ms saumiya was very helpful and polite. We enjoyed our son's 18th birthday with cute cake decoration and yummy chocolate cake. We are very pleased with the service staff and all over amenities.

Hotel is located in yeas plaza area, stay was good, however property is currently under renovation. There is regular free shuttle service to drop at yeas world amusement parks and yeas mall

1. If you need just a spoon or extra plate in the room, be ready to shell out 20 dirhams just for the service!
2. If there is an issue in your room, say just the flush of the wc; be ready to wait for at least 12 or more hours for the issue to get rectified. 3. There is construction activity going on the ground floor, so be ready for a sub par check in experience.

Excellent property and courteous staff. Especially karan at the front desk helped a lot during our three days stay. Also, food is a delight. We enjoyed special if-tar meal each night.

It was amazing…the stay, the room and the food. Really nice location too. The location of the hotel is really amazing facing the backwaters/river and the golfcourse.
