    Better stay at home

    We checked in and room was allotted. We went to the room, and found the room was not ready, the hanging lights did not work, no towels were kept in the bathroom, half used tissue roll, no dental kit, no slippers, no dust bin in the room except one in the washroom. The breakfast buffet was cold. We opted for a dinner buffet, food was cold and not even tasty, charges were 80 aed after discount per person. No coffee spoon in the room. When we called, someone from the restaurant came with plastic spoon and said, this is not our duty to bring spoon, please call housekeeping. I would rate this property 1/10
