I had a very bad feeling from there, a very bad, very bad atmosphere, especially from and around the hotel.

Very very bad experience in this hotel because they didn't give you a towel or tooth paste and they didn't clean your room and the reception is very poor

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, i had a pleasant experience. Despite being central, it’s tucked away enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful environment. Amenities: the amenities provided by the property were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa services were relaxing and professional. I also made use of the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. High-speed internet was available throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected. Services: the service at was exceptional. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and i appreciated the extra touch of personalized service. It was noisy from cleaners at corridors, very bad old mattresses and bath towels toilet floor traps were irritating for room 212, poor wifi connection at room 212 congested reception seats by many people who are probably there for free wifi connection

This is the wrist hotel i booked. There is so landline, cutlery, washroom is also terrible. The enterance of the hote is also a under maintenance.

Very very bad experience. No parking around 2 kilometer, staff behavior very cruel. Extra hidden charges also. Family can’t stay there.

Nothing better in this hotel. Don’t waste your time to go there. Television doesn’t work. Ac doesn’t work. Washroom very dirty with smells. Very small size bed with stains on the bedsheets.

Newly renovated building, large space rooms, most of the things available, electric cattle they arranged on request for me, tv channels are working. They provided cleaned towels and good quality soap and shampoo. No noise from anywhere. No disturbance from anybody. Pkeasant sta6, food available nearby at cheap prices, indian, african, pakistan restaurant available. Overalll good stay for 4 nights, engg markets nearby, so easy to visit and rest too

Very nice and cooperative staff, the rooms were hygienic good was tasty, driver also helpful and always ready, whenever we needed anything the staff provided immediately. So helpful. Location was also good
