Centara needs to improve a lot on basics of hospitality. For example how they are welcoming the guests / room service / training the staff to be more attentive towards guests etc.

Amazing experience. Kids enjoyed a lot. Property allows guests to use amenities from the morning before check-in time of 3pm. Also it allows to use same till 6pm even after checkout. In this way, we get 2 days to spend at property with 1 night booking. Staffs were good. Rooms are hygiene. Breakfast had so many varieties. Even it allows you to use family lounge at 3pm.

Facility wise it was superb, food was more of western with less option for indian food for room dining with hardly anything for veg but we had breakfast only and that had some options location is also good overall a very good resort with humble staff but only thing is the room service, you have to ask basic things also, which is generally given in other places of such type

Very good hotel for families specially with kids age between 3-14 lot of water rides & pools. They have big private beach & food was delicious and good buffet breakfast options

Affordable but lacks amenities

We were not informed that lazy river and dive pool are closed for maintenance. Slides are good only for kids, they do not have something for adults. It’s better to go to la-pita and atlantis, there are a lot more water activities for families.

This was my second time at centara, have already recommended it to 3 of the friends, since it's a indeed a great & apt place to unwind with kids age 3 - 8years. My family esp my kids surely at had an incredible time in the water area of the resort and the food was great too!

Location was good but i got lost reaching it due to construction near the property. Loved it being near the beach though. Food for dinner was pricey. Family of 4 cost us more than aed 400. Vegan options were limited. Service was very good especially at check in.
