The hotel is close to metro stations which is convenient to travel. The room was very small and compact and the amenities weren’t working. The switch boards were not working and no microwave to heat food. The food at the hotel was pretty good especially at claypot. The staff was nice except for few who were a bit sarcastic and rude. Over all stay was nice but would not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were nice. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Washroom was very small…AC is not working…not recommended..waste of money …I was complaining so many times but no body bothered

It was very good. The room was cleaned everyday. The complementary breakfast was good. Whenever we had problem it was rectified immediately

Bad verbal arrogance reception and security

Luggage we have to carry by our own while checkout that means we have to come down take the trolley go up then bring your luggage and not even while check in also bad attitude of the filipino old lady at the desk not good experience will avoid future stays

Its was fine, room was so small there is no complementary service for infants, every thing is charged include washroom slippers and adapter plug to charge mobile, only 2 small water bottle for 2 adults and 1 infant extra request is charged,

room was very small and also bed 🛌 was very small , full night we didn’t get sleep properly, wifi also not working we called receptionist 3,4 times but after 3 hrs. it’s start working, breakfast also was very bad even our son didn’t eat anything . overall it was very bad experience with us in citymax hotel bur dubai

Location is good, food is not up to the mark taste very average, amenities in terms of location and accessibility is nice because everything is quite near. Room basic needs like room slippers and other items are on purchase which is disappointing hotel should offer bathroom and room basic amenities.

Room is very small they are changing the towel daily each time we want ask and change by our self with room service team. Very noisy room due to dance bar

The location is good. Staff are not so cooperative. Too much time for check-in even if having kids. More than 30 min for check in.
