Stay was good staff were friendly and supportive stay and helped specially sodhan, kavya. Ayush and most of them. Clean rooms with better city view

Reception staff uday was very helpful, and the service was good. It's a good choice for people who like to party, as there are many nearby nightclubs and good restaurants. However, a good night's sleep may be difficult due to the noise from the pubs, and i feel this hotel is a bit overpriced.

There was no food location was okay but full traffic and grand hotel by fortune it was good but staff was bad they were not nice with customer everyone is fighting over there

Change of booking -option with the hotel

They had no option to cancel or change the booking which made me pay 215 dhs for the stay. This is highly inconvenient for the customer

Superb & budget friendly

Actually this hotel was good for all catogories like couple, friends, family. Room service was exceptional. Every staffs are cool and calm. In near of hotel lots of restaurents, cafetria also available and opposite side big talal supermarket is avaialble. Bus stop also in-front of the hotel. So we enjoyed lot & budgeted friendly ( kindley book. Once again thank you

Its a hotel with legacy. The nalukettu restaurant is sought after even by celebrities visiting dubai. The staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are great. Food is excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us - a family of five.

Security issue for lone women travel-ling

The location of this property is good near the metro and dubai airport. But the noise from the club is terrible at night, so if you want to sleep at night and not party you can avoid this hotel. Breakfast has good indian options, they have a few decent restaurants.

Disco at ground floor snd staff especially security and the asian manager needs to be trained properly. Dont have manners and ethics. Totally unprofessional. They treat all outside and hotel customers same. They speak very rudely. This is not the way. Must be trained staff. Lobby area african security staff especially need to give training. How to speak with client. This is my 8/10 time stay. As it is near to my meeting place
