Am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay at your hotel from [22/12 ] unfortunately, i discovered the presence of insects in my room, which significantly detracted from my overall experience. I believe that this is unacceptable, especially considering the standards that i expect from a hotel of your reputation

A good hotel which is located near burj khalifa

The room was pretty large. The bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast spread was also nice. The location of this hotel is very good. Only downside is that the hotel building is a bit old and the ac in the room will chill very much. We had to switch off the ac in the room as it had become cold. But considering the price that we paid for this hotel, it was a great choice.

It was a beautiful experience. The hotel has a beautiful location and the staff are very cooperative. You feel comfortable if you book with them. The room is very large. It will be my future destination if I visit Dubai, God willing.

Reception and support staff services were good, especially sarah. When they had to change my room due to some work on the floor, they upgraded me to a room with a great view. Has super market, concierge downstairs are very convenient. Metro access and nearby eateries options are very convenient. Over all a happy stay !

Terrible Stay

The stay was horrible, the rooms aren't as mentioned in the pictures, even the service staff wasn't cooperative at all. The pool area was shut as it was under maintenance. Housekeeping was needed to be requested again and again for them to clean the rooms as they weren't doing on a daily basis. The shower area was leaking from the bathtub, the sink area was leaking making the whole bathroom wet, and in-spite of requesting the head desk to fix the issue, it wasn't fixed. Quite disappointing

Room cleaning bathroom 0 star Don't add breakfast less options and no taste waste of money instead order online or go somewhere for 5 days we did not eat breakfast even fruits were also old and low quality Only one thing was better that is location

Always have a clear view of burj khalifa.

The location is awesome. Emirates grand hotel-near burj khalifa hotel is located in walking distance of financial center metro station. If you want to enjoy the location of sheikh z aid road and enjoy evening and morning strolling around this main road then this budget hotel is for you. You can see the burj khalifa always. Actually the location is luckily placed in a way that you can have a clear view of burj khalifa from and out side the hotel. Otherwise the staffs are helpful. Hotel rooms are not so big. Comfortable stay for a couple. All the main attractions are nearby from the hotel. Easy metro access. Other main (in this price range, eg. Gevora) hotels are placed such a way that you can not see burj khalifa for other obstruction. It's a rosy feature.

It was good. Pool was closed for all the days. There is no pool cleaning service sometimes miss lots of items everyday and less responsive. Overall room was nice with a view
