My stay was for 8 days and i felt like the homely environment and staff is very humble in restaurant splay ms narela she asks the way everyone impress and way of talking also very amazing n humble and they also offer early check in if available rooms

Very neat clean, breakfast buffet was good & courteous staff. Cleaning of rooms were prompt, clean towels, and prompt response to demands

The hotel doesn’t have the basics facilities in the room like dental kit and room service is not done. The guest has to again and again for it. The overall experience is not good. Limited seating for breakfast, one has to wait.

Puran dill i restraunt - it's dinner and the night live music made me push the ratings from 4 to 5. Amazing vibe of the place and kudos to the performers. Rest hotel and rooms are good. Slightly away from metro but i was solo traveller so managed it easily

Stayed for 5 nights at october end. Amazing service, room was cleaned regularly. Daily 3litre water provided in room. Clean bathroom with hot and cold water. Nice big bathtub. Nice restaurant. Vast variety of breakfast spread. 3-4 indian options which got repeated after 4 days. But overall taste was good. Nice swimming pool at rooftop. Location is also good. Dubai frame is 10min drive and aya universe and dubai mall are 15-20 minutes drive, depending on traffic. 10min walk to meena bazaar. 2 supermarkets just round the corner. Nice indian restaurants at walking distance. Overall a nice option.

Our stay at four points sheraton bur dubai was fabulous. The room was spacious, clean and hygienic. We totally enjoyed staying at the hotel. Each day the room was cleaned and decked up, reception staff did help us with our check in and check out and overall it was a great experience staying at four points sheraton bur dubai hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, metro station is hardly a km away and supermarket is in walking distance, you can easily get the cab from outside the hotel which will save money and time. Purani dill i restaurant offers delicious indian food, apart from that hotels room is very neat, staff is also very good

The rooms were clean. Washrooms are neat. Breakfast is awesome. Hotel is very near to meena bazar and sharad dg metro station. Also there are few indian restaurants in just 2min walk. Overall my experience was good and definitely suggested for stay in bur dubai

It was great. Just that the room has some peculiar smell which wasn’t that great. But overall stay was good, staff was friendly and hotel has great restaurant
