I stayed for 6 nights in this property. Staffs of the hotel are very rude and liars. During one of night some guests were doing party with loud music at late night @1 pm. Even after repetitive calls to reception, they didn’t say anything to guests who were doing party, instead asked us to change the room at 1 pm. The experience of staying over here was very horrible. Even after paying so much tariffs, the stay was not worth it.

Stay as over all was fine, rooms are neat and clean but it’s an old hotel needs to upgrade. Indian breakfast was not good

Hotel was very comfortable and very luxurious we enjoyed a lot and staff was very copreative and helpful and the hotel was also very comfortable and services was on time and in last i would like to say that hotel is very luxurious and in this price it is value for money and i would recommend everyone to stay there and enjoy thankyou

Don't book this hotel thinking you are booking a four-star hotel. The bathroom has moulds in many places. The bathtub wasn't clean and unhygienic. The front desk was not welcoming. the breakfast that they provide was of very low quality and was tasteless, so please be aware of that too. I don't recommend this hotel if you are thinking of booking a four-star hotel as you will be unsatisfied.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable and hotel is about 5 min walk to adcb metro station. I had great experience regarding this hotel.

The room and location was very nice but the early checkin was not provided and we were to wait for 2 hours we were charged for late checkout although it was included in our package booked. In addition to this the toilet facilities were not working properly and someone started to bang on our doors at 8 in the morning.

Staff at reception are all rude and not welcoming especially the managers. Being a vegetarian and after paying up for half boarding, i found it very difficult as the hotel barely served any veg options in the dinner/lunch buffet. The restaurant staff was still considerate and made us pure veg food on request. The hotel is very old and the rooms were clean and tidy however very old. Overall this hotel is not suitable for a comfortable family stay as their 4 star rating is achieved basis on paperwork only and no importance is given on customer satisfaction or service. It seems the hotel survives on cheap tours as there are buses lined up everyday dumping people for breakfast and cheap boarding making your experience hell. They do not deserve 4 star rating as their service is no greater than 2 stars.

i recently stayed at the grand excelsior hotel in bur dubai, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. the hotel accused me of spoiling a hand towel with lipstick stains and demanded a fine of 100 dirhams. when i refused to pay, they held back my bag, leaving me no choice but to call the tourism police to get it back. additionally, there was clear discrimination against indian guests. the breakfast provided to us was substandard, while guests from other countries were offered better options in a separate dining area. despite raising concerns, the manager refused to address the issue, which was extremely unprofessional. the rooms were in terrible condition—broken dustbins, poorly maintained facilities, and air conditioning that didn’t work effectively (even at 20 degrees, the room was unbearably warm). the blatant discrimination and poor service left a lasting negative impression. i would never recommend this hotel, especially to indian travelers, if you want a respectful and comfortable stay.

1. Bath tubs were not working. 2. You have to call them multiple times if there is an issue. They will say they will look into it and forget about it. 3. Bathroom overflowed and water was entering the room. After it was pointed out to them, they changed the room. 4. Food is the only positive, breakfast had a lots of variety and sufficient to eat.

Hotel is good. Small things which they can improve like indian breakfast at separate location, which makes treating differently with indians. Swimming pool not at that level. Expensive hotel food to order at room. Overall, it was good. Cleaning and service also good.
