okay stay .. nice view if i get it

Pros- good breakfast area , nice room, good views if u get it, thats it. Con’s- below average lobby, just one bottle of water in room, no dental kit( its on demand 🤔), 500 Aed security deposit for mini bar🤪. Just becz they don’t trust ...so its a situational staycation..

Miserable stay at hilt-on the walk

Hotel staff didn’t clean the room in time for 2 days. I need to ask every time. While checking out, reception didn’t unblock the credit card deposit until i told them to do so. Very lazy and casual attitude towards customers. It is unbelievable that hilt-on hotel is doing like this.

The door bell was used by the staff many times a day, mini bar count everyday, just staff asking random things all the time and ringing the door bell, i had a baby sleeping, the reception staff are very nice and welcoming, the confusion between the 2 hilton holtels was disappointing because we thought it's one hotel since the location is the same and we ended up in a closed room instead of a room looking out to the beach with balcony but over all our stay was great in dubai, thank you

Old apartment hotel, nice staff but needs renovation/complete overhaul

I have stayed many times at this hotel in the last decade or more but the Tower B or what they call Hilton The Walk is an old apartment building hotel which has nice staff but the property needs total renovation/complete overhaul

The hotel took a deposit amount of aed 500 and said it would be credited to my account within 12 hrs after check out. Its more than three days still not credited. Am still requesting the hotel to credit.

Great location, facilities. We met this person Mr Jose, chef, who made all The difference for our stay in this hotel. He was very attentive, listened to our request with utmost care and with a heart to give his best. If you stay here, don't forget to meet him once at least. On The contrary, we met a person in tour desk on 14 dec Around 3PM, and she is The kind of person you shouldn't meet especially when you go to a country and looking for help and suggestion. She showed absolute disinterest to our query on certain tourist attractions. She was busy in her phone, and we felt humiliated standing in front with our small kid. This was not expected from Hilton standards. Thereafter I went myself to marina and booked my cruise. Except that terrible experience, everything was fantastic about this hotel.
