Breakfast was just ok. Not much options. In house room service for bringing food they charge additional. Location was good. Close to jumeirah, naif souq and gold souq. Room was neat and tidy but room size was below par.

As compared to the prices the hotel is very average, the ambience is good but service is not customer friendly, i just wanted a knief, but they didn't deliver in the room, i had to go to the dining area and collect my self. Name of the room is king room but it was very small room, not enough for family of 4 the location is also not very convenient, metro station is far from there. The view from the room is not at all good. Overall an average experience

Location is good. Centrally located main visiting points are with in 30 min by car. Rooms are small but good. Food in breakfast is lavish. Prices are affordable.

Hotel room is very compact. Ac in my room was not functioning good. It switched off at times, and needed manual switch on. Rest room was not user friendly.

The hospitality was very average compared to what hilt-on is, plus basic things like ordering folks and spoons were charged additional and the staff in general was not very welcoming, they did not care much and the room had this ac switch right across my bed which would constantly glow at night when all lights are off to sleep and making it so hard to sleep, had to buy an eye mask to sleep.

The room allotted to us for 2 adults and 1 kid was extremely small. absolutely no space to move around breakfast buffet was sub standard so was the dinner buffet disappointed

Location is good. But food is terrible. No variety in breakfast menu. Live grill lady is always confused and mixed up every one’s orders. Service at reception desk is pathetic. Very rude team. No politeness and welcome attitude. No support for medical patients. Refrigerator in room not effective. Overall, not to any standards of hilton property

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai was a mixed bag. The rooms were satisfactory but didn’t quite hit the mark of expectation, especially considering the brand’s reputation. Despite this, the cleanliness level throughout the hotel was commendable, maintaining a good standard that added some comfort to my experience. Overall, my stay was average—neither disappointing nor particularly impressive.

The weirdest rules like no in room dining if in case want to opt for the same, gotta pay 10 aed separately. Apart from that no ala carte available at the hotel. Not to mention untidy room, found hair n red spot on the toilet seat and washroom. I wouldn’t recommend it for sure. Not a good experience overall. The staff wasn’t friendly either.

Location was very poor, there was terrible smoking smell even when i booked a non smoking room. Room service was very slow. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend anyone.

Horrible breakfast, staff not reciprocal, rooms are without ventilation, i had good experience in hilton 12yrs before so we came and we regret e and felt why we came in this hotel location is alao far from metro and any other prime area suggest not to try this hotel please
