Worst property in the world with no noise reduction. Good luck if you can get some sleep. Staffs don’t have any clue why they work there and don’t have basic customer facing skills

No such thing as premium room

Dea - not sure if u are just mentioning there is premium while in fact there is no such thing as premium room, as what the hotel has given is just the standard room. This is the 2nd time i am disappointed

Very far location from city

The location of the hotel is very far but ambience and breakfast is very good. Most importantly, if you have an iphone, you won’t be able to connect your ott channels with the tv so i had to spend all nights without watching movies that was really disappointed.

This is 50kms away from all your location no metro no busses only shuttles thatt too are full every time

Poor Stay

We had two rooms and we booked king size bed but they gave us one room twin bed, i went there to celebrate my birthday. It was very bad. If i need a room with twin bed i can book any other cheaper hotel and their rate also different for kind bed and for twin bed then why they gave us twin bed. If i need twin bed i will pay less amount for tht booking

Terrible place to stay

Front desk staffs are rude and not approachable. Not at all a family friendly place. Rooms are horrible with smoke smell. Small pool is filled with people. Food is pathetic. You have nothing to enjoy here.

The hotel is a nice place to relax, located in the outskirts of dubai. The rooms are very spacious and all the amenities are top-class. I would recommend this hotel.

Only issues with maintenance of air conditioning. Room service is fine. Nice facilities. Should include more food varieties and diffrent cuisines

The hotel was delightful. From check-in to check-out we had no issues at all. The room was neat and spacious but did not have enough towels (easily sorted by room service. The swimming pool was ok but needs more maintenance especially the smaller one for kids. The water was dirty in my opinion, like the filter for the pool was not working.

My booking was not available in the hotel and i was denied checkin. I had to call mmt and voip is bad quality. My checkin god delayed by 1. 30hrs. Bad checkin experience

It took 2 hours to check-in with my pregnant wife. It took us 7 calls and 1. 5hrs to receive an iron(to press clothes) from the house keeping it took us an hour of constant follow up to receive an extra bed which was already paid for( i literally had to go down to the reception to complaint as they blocked my land line) it was such an unpleasant stay.

Hotel staff is very cooperative and food is excellent but far away from main dubai and good things is free shuttle is available for different locations i will give 5 of 5
