Can change the morning breakfast menu sometimes, daily same bf was little boring. Rest all is fine nothing to complain about.

I would have given a 4 star rating. But the breakfast at this place is to bland and dry and very little change in the non flour items. Though i do not ask for more indian dishes, some variety in the ones they made would be good. Seeing that a lot of indians stay there, it would be great to include something like idli/vada sambar

Location is great as it is near the train station & airport. Amenities could have been more because there is no pool.

Easy to reach airport! comfortable stay! airport drop off is very convenient. Staff’s are very friendly, check in and check out was fast.

Great location for an early flight traveller's. The buffet was average. But the service was good in the bar. I was happy they gave a take out breakfast since i was leaving earlier than breakfast time.

The hotel room was very average. There was a weird noise in the room due to which i couldn’t sleep properly. The drainage in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, which meant the bathing area turned into a filthy pool very quickly. Bedsheets were not that clean. Furniture was chipped and seemed old. Not a great experience for the price.

This time was very bad experience in this hotel. Housekeeping staff's behavior was horrible. Whole hotel staff is on whatsapp group n share guests information each other n how they treat they guide each other

holiday inn express airport dubai review unacceptable experience my family and i had a disappointing stay at holiday inn express airport dubai. despite its convenient location, the hotel's front office inefficiency and arrogance ruined our three-night stay. key issues 1.⁠ ⁠booking confirmation fiasco: the hotel denied my advance booking confirmation, requiring multiple calls to resolve on the day of check-in. 2.⁠ ⁠room allocation failure: requests for adjacent rooms were disregarded, with rooms assigned on separate floors. 3.⁠ ⁠housekeeping negligence: cleaning requests, including the "clean room" tag, were ignored. late-night cleaning pleas were rejected. 4.⁠ ⁠unsolicited wake-up call: a 6:30 a.m. wake-up call, not requested, disrupted rest after a late arrival. poor check-in experience upon 1 a.m. arrival, front office staff confirmed booking but delayed check-in with prolonged back-office conversations, showing no urgency or consideration for our family with three children. unacceptable service the front office's ineptitude and dismissive attitude made our stay unpleasant. significant improvements are expected. recommendations •⁠ ⁠improve front office communication and efficiency. •⁠ ⁠enhance staff training for empathetic customer service. •⁠ ⁠streamline check-in processes, especially for late-night arrivals. •⁠ ⁠ensure prompt addressing of housekeeping requests. •⁠ ⁠respect guests' rest by avoiding unsolicited wake-up calls.
