excellent stay at holiday inn express dubai jumeirah! i had a fantastic stay at holiday inn express dubai jumeirah! the hotel is ideally located near the beach and popular attractions, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. the breakfast buffet was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and with a variety of options to suit different tastes. the free shuttle service to nearby locations was a nice bonus, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its value, comfort, and excellent service!

Room cleanliness was not as expected. Food varieties also not too many. Washroom was not good. Toiletries provided was same from hand wash and body wash.

Good room service, advise to add indian breakfast items such as dosa, uttappa, poha, puri. Other than this room space is good.

Single bed booking but forced to have twin bed by holidayinn

I ve booked the room for single bed, they forced me to take two single bed. when I said I've booked for single bed only, they told me please read term and condition if single bed are not available we can give you anything that is available. I was helpless at 1am in the night. I somehow managed then booked after hotel arround 3 and left that hotel at 3am. very bad experience you don't become another Oyo.

Pathetic hotel to stay. Hotel was smelling like we are staying in smoking zone. Right from entrance to dining area, everywhere. No swimming pool. Arrogant staff. The bar tender, i asked if we can increase the volume of songs. He said all depends on money. How much you spend in bar. If you spend more than 2000aed then surely we can do whatever you ask for and started teaching me everything happens by paying money. Not recommended at all

We have stayed in this hotel for a night, the experience could have been better, simple amenities like toothbrush not placed in the room and are on request. The shower faucet had no indication for hot and cold, and once you turn the knob in any way still no change burning hot water gushes out, as you open the faucet. But special mention to lovely at the front desk, she was very humble and friendly.

Firstly it says water front sea view. , beach .. there is nothing . Its just individual blocks without any lifts. To go to this place from the reception you need golf carts to take you there. . You get inside you have to walk stairs cases to the second floor with luggage. There is no room service or anyone near to help . Its like a prison. I hated it and left the next day . Its in a remote corner , definitely a waste place . Please 🙏🏻 dont recommend such places SECONDLY it is pertinent to mention that Also the place was smelling of a strong repuslsive smell like a butcher shop after having been cleaned up . I had to ask for room fresheners etc . I tried to open the windows but the heat is so much in AbuDhabi that we had to shut it and live with that smell . It was a real punishment. They said some guest stayed for long and hence this smell.. I really don't know but it was eerie and very sickening experience to say the least . Like a horror movie . Locked without a view. A tiny window where you could see the sky and a wall .. 4. 4 rating is for Holiday Inn express Jumeirah . Great location. Facing the port. Very panoramic. Food was not bad . Overall a good experience. Friendly staff.

Bad room bad service i checked in and checkout within 30minutes and had to change another hotel they gave me room which is for disabled people i requested to change room but they said, it is not available and that they are sold out. I asked them to cancel my booking but they said it is not possible

My recent stay at holiday inn express jumeirah was absolutely amazing! everything was top-notch and the place was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The restaurant staff were fantastic, especially during breakfast. They were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! i loved starting my day with such a tasty meal. The front office and housekeeping staff were also exceptional. They were always helpful and made sure that my room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at holiday inn express jumeirah was outstanding. The hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch, hygienic environment, along with the friendly restaurant staff and excellent service from the front office and housekeeping teams, made it an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting jumeirah!

Hotel is at good location and i can easily find cabs from here staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are not that spacious but can be manageable. Breakfast buffets are delicious and they caters to cuisines kf different nationalities.
