A great new year holiday

It was supposed to be great but due to miscommunication between the agency and hotel they're trying to charge me extra in which i hope it will sorted out, i have receive a lot of calls and hotel tried to call me at 1:40am. We had a great new years eve and our view is really nice as we can see the fireworks. Tho the front desk guy and duty manager mr. Oshada they assisted me in a professional way. But i hope it will not happen again that suddenly will receive a lot of calls that i have to pay for the new year supplementary in which i haven't been aware of it and the agency also confirmed that it's no stated on my booking.

the hotel is quite good and the staff is also helpful and polite .. breakfast quality is good 👍 and ambiance and hotel room condition are much appreciated ... location vise hotel is v.good to travel..

Overall good experience pros - 1- only 100mtr from internet city metro station 2- near by restaurants and shops are good ( ex dal chawal rest. And gate 1-20 store) 3- hotel location is really good, near to downtown and beach. Cons - 1- the restaurant at the hotel are not good for indian food lovers. 2- i booked apartment suite city view, the view is real bad from my hotel. For better view go for sky view 3- you will literally struggle to get drinking water. 4- all the suites with kitchen are equipped with old furniture. So be prepared.

Overwhelmed staff in the holiday season

Spacious rooms but very poor maintenance. Checked into a room with broken drawer & non-functional electric kettle. House keeping had to be continuously reminded to refill drinking water & provide adequate number of bath towels. Breakfast buffet could do with more indian dishes.

Firstly the lifts are really bad, take a very long time to come and when they do come they stop at every floor. The mechanism is faulty where even if the lift is full, it will stop, that's just ridiculous and an absolute waste of time. Secondly, the housekeeping is pathetic, they take super long to hand over things in room which are usually present in other hotels (spoon, towels and other very basic things. The rates for the skyline are exorbitant and the services or cleanliness are not proportionate to the costs.

Very good place very friendly staff, breakfast is also very good, kids play room is there kids enjoy, swimming pool n jacuzzi is also good we enjoyed full day visit again.

Old, dirty, crowded and slow serviced hotel apartment

The apartment we had is old and dirty. Balconies are dusty, sinks are clogged. Few towels in the bathroom. They do not provide lotion. You will have to wait long hours if you request extra towels, slippers, water refill, iron, utensils, and plumbing services. Even the waiting for the lift will test your patience. Food is not good as well. Nothing extra special.

The location was good. Room was comfortable. However, breakfast spread and quality was rather poor. The service standards were very poor. It took 4 hours to get a bottle of water. Gym was nice. Overall a let down from expectation.

Stayed in a 2bhk suite at 38th floor. Wonderful ambience and hospitality. Even allowed me early check in. Very polite and helpful staff. Food has very less options as breakfast only has a continental touch to it. Very limited options for indians. Overall very very nice stay. Recommended to all

I waited 30 minutes to check in one of the receptionist was shouting as the guest to wait. He was very rude. The guy was helping us with chicken over us two bedroom instead of one as a complementary. Once we entered we found the water in the floor sink was locked and the room smells very bad. It took them another 40 minutes to change our room half of the day was gone room service never picked up and it took them 40 minutes to bring us forks. Pool was under maintenance. I’m so disappointed.

The employees who’s working there make you want to keep coming to this hotel kashim, mustafa the both of them and o mar also a girl i think her name alina or elena but the rooms itself need a lot of work especially the apartment they just renew it few years back but it’s worse and also the sofa need a lot of cleaning and it’s easy to do it but don’t know why they don’t do it so thank you guys for making my stay always easy
