Great stay with excellent service

Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The food is good and the staff are very accomodating, and i had a nice view from my room. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and i'd definitely stay here again.

Unparalleled hospitality!

Our stay was for 4 days and it was with my mother to celebrate my birthday. From entering the property till we left their hospitality was unparalleled. Room - it was spacious, neat, clean, hygienic with all required amenities and toiletries with a great ocean view from the balcony. Most importantly knowing we were coming to celebrate birthday the room was nicely decorated and a cake was sent to the room at the midnight. Food - good spread for the breakfast and also ala carte food was good too. in room dining department provided necessary food though it was out of the menu and timely for our mother as she wasn't keeping well. Amenities - gym, pool side and the complete property was well maintained. Services - they always helped us getting us the best cars in timely manner for our day to day commute or our day trip to abu dhabi. Yahya was the person who helped us amazingly. All other staffs were very very friendly and prompt. Room service was pretty quick no matter it was what time of the day. All of the above and more made our stay absolutely memorable and comfortable. Strongly recommended for a stay if in dubai! big thumbs up to the whole team. Much appreciated!

Food is good. Location is good. Little far from the beach. Room temperature is bad as ac was not working properly. Room cleaniness & materials is perfect.

Mövenpick Jumeriah is at an amazing location, right in the middle of JBR walk. It abt a km from Dubai Marina mall. The beach is about 750m away! Great location!

Amazing location for solo travelers. You got all the service in the hotel. Well mannered staff in bar and breakfast area. Bar staff were very polite taking care or very concern raised.

We visited dubai for leisurely vacation, and staying at movenpick at jbr was the best decision to make. Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, nice and clean property with all safety measures. Rooms were spacious and tidy.

Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for the folks looking for a stay on lively jbr area next to the beach. Rooms have a small balcony which helps! front-staff was fast and courteous. Got a great quality for the price paid

Poor Stay

Was there only for one night. Was very disappointed. Firstly, we reached the hotel after an 8 hour long journey. The check-in time took forever. They made us wait saying that there was an issue with the payment and we had to pay an additional amount. The rooms were very small. Disappointing experience.

First of all thanks to MMT for providing excellent deal. We got a really good hotel deal. The hotel staff is excellent. Specially reception. I forgot the guys name but excellent guy. The room was great and the best view from the balcony. 100 % recommended. Location- probably the best location in Dubai. Just on JBR walk which has the best crowd and close to metro and tram. They provide excellent shisha next to pool. Have many eating options just outside the hotels. Overall a totally worth stay and extremely satisfied.

Good locality. Beach view was blocked because of construction of a building. Looks like they will lose the Beach facing advantage soon. Drainage in bathroom was not proper. Staff was helpful and prompt in solving problems.
