Staying at novotel was a superb experience. Very nice rooms, very good staff and had a good variaty in the breakfast.

Services were prompt and all the staff members jun, judson, amor and raj (vertigo) were helpful. Hotel room was clean and location of hotel was also good.

The stay in novotel creekside dubai was amazing. My kids just loved the overall environment and awesome breakfast every day. The location is very convenient for metro and also for city center mall which is huge. I wont hesitate to stay here again.

Best part is the location of the hotel, very accessible to major city commute and nearby metro station, which is within 300mtrs. Food is hygienic and delicious. Breakfast buffet could have been improved by adding some more items.

Room good. Staff is friendly but veg food is extremely bad. And 1-2 dishes available in veg. Unpleasant smell in veg dishes.

I had an amazing stay at novotel and was pleasantly upgraded to an executive room. Room: the executive room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing experience. Staff: the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive, which added to the positive experience. Food: the breakfast spread offers a variety of options. There were also options for freshly made items like parathas and spring rolls, available upon request and included in the breakfast. The service at the hotel restaurant can be improved. Additionally, there are many indian and pakistani restaurants right next to the hotel, making it easy to enjoy a wide range of familiar and flavorful dishes. Location: the hotel is conveniently located near deira city centre metro and bus stations, which made getting around easy and there are buses available to go to sharjah from the bus station at a nominal cost of aed 19. It’s also close to the deira city centre mall which has around 370 shops. Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities, convenience, and access to diverse dining options!

Property location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Some bathroom fixtures are old and need replacement. Also there are no locks for bathroom doors. In some cultures / countries it is normal, but not everyone likes it. Bathrooms should definitely have door locks. Breakfast spread is good. For vegetarians, options are very limited, especially for indians, options are too limited. Croissants and bakery has eggs in everything, so please check before you eat even the bread. Fruits were below average quality.
